大學推廣教育的關鍵成功因素
Abstract
關鍵成功因素為策略的工具之一,可作為企業策略規劃之方向。本研究主要在探討大學推廣教育的關鍵成功因素,藉由回顧大學推廣教育的發展以及企業關鍵成功因素的相關文獻,透過個別深度訪談與焦點團體訪談以歸納業內專業人士對於大學推廣教育機構經營之關鍵成功因素為何,並以此作為問卷調查之基礎,進行統計分析,藉此找出大學推廣教育之關鍵成功因素。
研究結果發現,大學推廣教育機構經營成功的關鍵因素有七個,分別為課程師資、服務行銷、領導者、人才團隊、學校支持、環境設備與經濟景氣,其中,課程師資、服務行銷、領導者為最重要之關鍵成功因素;其次為人才團隊;接著是學校支持與環境設備;而排序最後的為經濟景氣。
最後,本研究對於推廣教育機構之經營提出相關建議,認為大學推廣教育機構可透過顧客角度設計課程與挑選師資,並輔以顧客滿意之服務行銷方式,透過專業管理者貫徹執行,確保推廣教育機構符合市場性。接著,機構應建構專業的人才團隊,使組織能夠不斷地創新,提供新產品且不會偏離市場性。另外,良好的環境設備可使學生安心學習,而機構得到學校的支持可使營運更有效。除此之外,推廣教育機構的業務設定目標亦需要考量大環境的「經濟景氣」因素,畢竟無論是國家整體環境、教育產業景氣以及機構當地經濟的好壞,都會對推廣教育機構的營運成效產生影響。本研究亦對後續的研究提出相關建議,以其作為未來探討大學推廣教育經營研究的基礎。
Key success factors (KSFs) is one of the strategic tools that can be used as the way to strategic planning. This study focused on the KSFs of university continuing education, we reviewed the history of university continuing education, and KSFs literature. The two individual depth interviews and one focus group sessions were employed in this research. Then, Statistical analysis included the KSFs of university continuing education. Research results showed that there are seven KSFs of university continuing education, namely, course& teacher, services marketing, leader, human resources & team, school support, environment & equipment and business cycle. However, the course & teacher, services marketing and leader are the most important KSFs; the second is human resources & team; the third are composed of school support and environment & equipment; the least important is business cycle. Recommendations were provided that the university continuing education institutions may stand on the customer sides to design courses and select teachers, it also focus on customer satisfaction and need the professional manager. Then, institutions should build professional team who can innovate and offer new products, in addition, great environment and school support can help institutions attracts more customers and operate more effectively. Finally, business cycle effects the institutions operation, too. The research also made recommendations for future studies with further explore.
