國中舞蹈資優生生態環境系統與其生涯決定之相關研究

dc.description.abstract | 本研究旨在探討國中舞蹈資優生於生態環境系統之「小系統」與「中系統」環境現況及其間的影響因素,從而分析面臨升學進路選擇與周遭生態環境間的交互作用情形,藉以瞭解促成其生涯決定的相關因素所在。本研究方法採用問卷調查法,針對臺灣北區四所國中103名應屆畢業舞蹈資優生為研究對象,並根據自行編修的「生態環境系統問卷」、「生涯決定與升學選擇問卷」兩種研究工具蒐集資料,以描述性統計分析及Pearson積差相關分析進行討論。本研究結果發現如下所示: 一、針對國中舞蹈資優生面臨未來升學進路選擇的實質影響層面進行討論,遂可得知影響個人程度多寡依序為:個人興趣、父母期望、學校行政提供生涯發展資料、目前國中舞蹈班的教育環境、學校教師期許、同班同儕影響;多數國中舞蹈資優生認為個人興趣對於生涯決定具有很大的影響面向。 二、國中舞蹈資優生表示升學選擇所考量的其他可能相關因素經排序後發現,個人學科成績好壞影響舞蹈升學進路目標的學校選擇甚鉅;而個人舞蹈才能優劣表現,反致成為次要影響其升學選擇之要素。 三、國中舞蹈資優生生涯決定與其國小教育階段是否已經開始習舞呈現正相關的表現情形。 四、國中舞蹈資優生之生涯決定與其開始學舞年齡、習舞年資並無顯著相關。 五、國中舞蹈資優生面臨升學進路目標選擇與小系統環境之家人關係、個人期望、學校關係及同儕關係並無顯著相關。 六、國中舞蹈資優生面臨升學進路目標選擇與中系統環境之學校及教師關係並無顯著相關。 七、不同類型的國中舞蹈資優生家庭型態,對於未來升學進路選擇就讀高中舞蹈資優班並無顯著相關。 八、不同等級的國中舞蹈資優生家庭社會地位,對於未來升學進路選擇就讀高中舞蹈資優班具有正相關存在。 九、生態環境系統問卷之「小系統」環境現況與升學選擇分量表在父母期望、同班同儕、學校教師所得到的結果是具有正相關存在。 十、依據上述探討之結果,遂可得知生態環境系統之「小系統」與「中系統」環境對於國中舞蹈資優生的升學進路目標選擇並無相關性影響。 最後依據研究結果提出具體可行的教育輔導策略與改進模式,作為教育當局、學校教師、輔導人員、資優生家長及未來研究之建議。 | zh_TW |
dc.description.abstract | This study aims at inquiring the current condition and the factors relating to microsystem and mesosystem of ecological system regarding junior high dance-gifted students for analyzing the interaction of options of school enrolment and ecological surroundings to understand the relevant factors urging the career decision-making. The methodology employs the questionnaire survey with the subjects of 103 graduating dance-gifted students in 4 junior high schools in North Taiwan; meanwhile, the data are collected via the self-edited tools, “Ecological System Questionnaire” and “Career Decision-Making and School Enrolment Questionnaire” and processed via descriptive statistics and Pearson product-moment correlation analysis. The findings are concluded as below: 1.Regarding the factors affecting the options of future school enrolment, the factors in order are personal interest, parental expectation, career development data offered by school administration, current educational environment of junior high dance class, expectation of school teachers, and impact from the peer in the same class; amidst, 64.1% of junior high dance-gifted students identify that the personal interest impacts career decision-making a lot. 2.According to the factors in order, 69.89% of junior high dance-gifted students indicate that the personal academic achievements are the primary concern of the possible factors affecting the future school enrolment whereas the personal dance performance is the secondary concern. 3.There is a positive correlation between career decision-making and the dance-learning in elementary school. 4.There is no correlation between career decision-making and the age to dance and seniority of dance. 5.There is no correlation between target option of school enrolment and the family relation, personal expectation, school relation and peer relation of microsystem. 6.There is no correlation between target option of school enrolment and school-and-teacher relation of mesosystem. 7.There is no correlation between option of school enrolment for senior high dance gifted class and diversity of family styles. 8.There is a correlation between option of school enrolment for senior high dance gifted class and diversity of socioeconomic status. 9.There is a positive correlation between the current condition of microsystem in ecological system questionnaire and parental expectation, peer in the same class and school teachers of option of school enrolment scale. 10.According to the preceding findings, the microsystem and the mesosystem of ecological system do not impact the option of school enrolment of junior high dance-gifted students. According to the results, the concrete applicable educational counseling strategies and improving modes are proposed as the references to the educational competent authority, school teachers, counselors, parents of gifted students and future studies. | en_US |
