高職生關懷教育活動課程方案之行動研究

Abstract

本研究旨在針對高職階段的學生設計並實施一套關懷教育活動課程方案,研究對象為十八名高職二年級學生,於班級中實施六堂研究者所自行設計的關懷教育活動課程,採用行動研究法,透過課程設計、課堂教學、觀察、訪談、文件檔案、教師省思等方式,以達成設計適合高職學生之關懷教育活動課程方案、探討關懷教育活動課程方案之實施歷程,以及探究關懷教育活動課程方案實施後產生的影響等三項研究目的。 本研究結果發現關懷教育活動課程方案所設計的內容不僅適合高職階段的學生,亦能引發學生之興趣與學習動機,其將抽象、無形的「關懷」轉化為具體、有形的媒材,不但能夠引發學生對於「關懷」的注意力,亦能提升學生對於「關懷」的敏覺力,且活動性課程的設計增加學生互相接觸與了解的機會,拉近學生彼此之間的距離;透過關懷教育活動課程方案的實施歷程,循序漸進的引導學生將關懷情意轉化為關懷行動,學生因為情境脈絡和場合的不同,扮演不同的身份和角色,表現不同的關懷行動,展現關懷的豐富與多樣性,而教師的言行舉止會對學生產生身教作用與影響,且教師如何在教學歷程中對學生進行正向引導並結合學生的生活經驗,是關懷教育實施的關鍵要素;關懷教育活動課程方案讓學生了解關懷的意義、體會關懷的感受,並能將所學落實於日常生活當中加以實踐,不僅促進學生人際關係網絡的緊密連結、打破小團體之間的藩籬,亦有助於提升班級整體的氣氛與凝聚力。
This research aimed at students in vocational stage design and implement a program of caring education activities curriculum, the research participants were eighteen vocational sophomore, implemented researchers designed six caring education activities curriculum in the class, using action research, through curriculum design, teaching, observation, interviews, document files, teacher reflection, etc., to achieve three research purposes that designed caring education activities curriculum program suitable for vocational students, investigate the implementation process of caring education activities curriculum program, and inquiry the impact of caring education activities curriculum program. The research found the caring education activities curriculum program content designed not only suitable for students of vocational stage, also arouse students' interest and motivation. It will be abstract, invisible "Care" into concrete, tangible media, not only to motivate students for caring attention, and will raise the students' ability to care for sensitive perception. And activity program is designed to increase students' understanding of mutual contact and the chance to narrow the distance between students. Through implementation of caring education activities curriculum program, students will be guided step by step into caring affection caring actions, students because situational context and different occasions, different identities and roles to play, the performance of different care operations, to show the richness and diversity of care. The teacher's demeanor students will be generated by example the role and impact, and how teachers in the teaching process of the students' positive guidance and combined student life experience, is the key element in the caring education activities curriculum program. Caring education activities curriculum program allows students to understand the significance of caring, experience feelings of caring, and can implement what they have learned into practice in daily life, not only to promote close links student interpersonal networks, breaking the barriers between small groups, but also help to improve the overall atmosphere of the class and cohesion.
