國中教師工作家庭衝突、五大人格特質與創新教學行為之關係研究

Abstract
本研究欲探究國中教師工作家庭衝突、人格特質與創新教學行為的關係。研究採用問卷調查法,研究對象為臺北市、新北市、基隆市及桃園市公立國中共536位教師,有效樣本為506人,男性共134位,女性共372位。將研究所得數據以描述性統計、單因子變異數分析、Scheffe事後比較、多元迴歸分析等統計方法分析,所得研究結果如下:一、國中教師的家庭對工作衝突的覺知會因教學年資長短而有顯著的差異。二、國中教師的五大人格特質表現與創新教學行為覺知會因性別而具顯著差異性。三、國中教師之創新教學行為覺知與五大人格特質會因年資長短而產生差異。四、國中教師的創新教學行為覺知與人格特質表現會因子女數目而具顯著差異性。五、五大人格特質與創新教學行為的相關性皆達顯著正相關,相關性由高至低為友善性、開放性、外向性、勤勉性、情緒穩定性。六、情緒穩定性、友善性、勤勉性人格特質與工作家庭衝突呈負相關。七、國中教師的工作對家庭衝突及五大人格特質對創新教學行為具有顯著預測力。期望本研究結果能對教育工作者、學校及未來相關研究提供有用的基礎。
The purpose of this study is to explore the relationships among the work-family conflict, big five personality and creative teaching behavior in junior high school teachers. A total of 536 junior high school teachers in Taipei City, New Taipei City, Keelung City and Taoyaun City were selected as the research objects. The valid samples were 506, including 134 male teachers and 372 female teachers. The data was analyzed through descriptive statistics, one-way analysis of variance, scheffe’s method and multiple regression analysis. There are seven findings in the research: 1. The work-family conflict of junior high school teachers are significantly diffirent from the years of working experience. 2. Both of the big five personality and creative teaching of junior high school teachers are significantly diffirent from the gender. 3. Both of the big five personality and creative teaching of junior high school teachers are significantly diffirent from the years of working experience. 4. Both of the big five personality and creative teaching of junior high school teachers are significantly diffirent from the number of children. 5. The big five personality are signifivantly positive correlated with the creative teaching. 6. The big five personality of agreeableness, conscientiousness, emotional Stability are signifivantly negtive correlated with the creative teaching. 7. For junior high school teachers, the creative teaching can be predicted based on the work to family conflict and big five personality. it is expected that the results of this paper can provid further reference for educators, junior high school workers, and future research.
