印尼佐科維總統政治性致辭稿作為新聞翻譯（印尼語—漢語）風格之研究

Abstract

在印尼使用外語的報紙，如以英語為主，是Jakarta Post。而使用漢語的是國際日報新聞社和印尼商報新聞社。為了向國際讀者進行語言傳播，使用印尼語的政治性致辭稿被翻譯為外語。而政治性致辭稿中一個重要方面是風格（style）。以此，翻譯風格必須保證原文中的信息能正確地傳遞至譯文中。此論文旨在闡述翻譯風格能把原文中的信息更加正確地傳遞至譯文中的重要性。此論文為了分析其翻譯風格，在匯集及分析資料過程中是以定性或質性闡述性為主要的研究法，即將其研究資料在宏微觀層次上進行對比，並以政治性論述或言談為理論框架。為了分析其翻譯風格，其研究資料將在宏觀和微觀層次上進行對比。在宏觀層次中，即在IAID和Setnas ASEAN主題的致辭稿中，尤其其標題和開篇段落中，“恰到好處”因素的準確性是88.8%。在微觀層次中，所使用的表現風格（包括排比和重複、修辭設問和四字組合）都佔58.3%。仅次于民族風格 (22.2%) 和時代風格 (19.4%)。 佐科維的個人風格是以一位辛勤努力和“為人民服務”、接地氣或街頭民意、及遠見卓識的領導人而展現出來。筆者也發現一些不准確或失真的翻譯信息，都是以宏觀層次做為微觀層次的闡述背景。因此，譯者最終必須理解到在不同語言溝通中所進行的準確信息溝通將達成相互理解。There are printed news media in Indonesia that are using foreign languages as their reporting language, for example “Jakarta Post” that uses English or “Guoji Ribao” and “Shangbao Indonesia” that use Mandarin. Political speeches in bahasa Indonesia are practically translated into foreign languages to communicate the messages into their readers. One of the important aspects in political speech is style, therefore a style translator should guarantee that an accurate message in communication between different language users will result in a common understanding. The research on President Jokowi’s political speech texts from bahasa Indonesia as the Source Texts (ST) into Mandarin as the Target Texts (TT) in Mandarin news media in Indonesia is aiming at showing that a ST’s message is conveyed accurately or inaccurately in the TT through style translation. This research uses descriptive qualitative method in collecting and analyzing its data, namely comparative model of the ST and TT. In the macro level, all of the political speech texts that were being analyzed within three elements f accuracy are perfectly marked by 100% in the three important parts of the news media. However, for the texts on Indonesia-Africa Infrastructure Dialogue (IAID) and on Sekretariat Nasional Association of Southeast Asian Nations (Setnas ASEAN), particularly in parts of the title and lead, the score for one element i.e. 恰到好处 Qiadaohaochu is 88,8%. In the micro level, Biaoxian style (i.e. the expressive style e.g. parallelism/repetition, rhetorical questions, rhyming in sizizuhe/idiom) is accounted for 58.3% in overall. This number followed by Minzu style (22.2%) and Shidai style (19.4%). Jokowi’s personal style is reflected as a person who is hardworking, getting the people’s support, and having vision. The author also revealed some inaccurate or distorted translations, based on the synergy of the macro level as the descriptive background for the micro level. Therefore, a translator should guarantee that an accurate message in communication between different language users will result in a common understanding.
