Abstract

近年來COVID-19疫情的影響,全球經濟的不景氣,讓企業緊急撙節開支,減少不必要的專案及軟硬體費用支出,轉而使用開源軟體為替代解決方案,因此,有越來越多的企業與機構都願意採用開源軟體解決方案,提升工作效率及企業競爭力。後疫情時代也迫使著企業加速IT數位化轉型,大多數藉著開源軟體提供解決方案,以順應後疫情時代IT應用需求,例如雲原生、物聯網、人工智能、遠端服務、資料安全等技術。本研究以O公司個案為例,藉以個案公司經營開源軟體解決方案數十年的經驗,透過文獻探討開源軟體的商業模式、五力分析及消費者決策旅程,並以個案分析和深度談法,深入探索忠誠客戶的整體感知價值和未被滿足需求,進而協助個案公司建立獨特核心競爭力及品牌價值。本研究經參考相關文獻理論及深度訪談專家意見後,建議個案公司施以持續創新產品代理策略、強化開源技術能力及創新整合服務,建構開源軟體解決方案的獨佔市場,以立於不敗的持續獲利營運模式。
The impact of the COVID-19 epidemic in recent years, the global economic downturn. Let the business cut costs urgently. Reduce unnecessary project and software and hardware expenses. Switch to open source software as an alternative solution. Therefore, more and more enterprises and institutions are willing to adopt open source software solutions. Improve work efficiency and corporate competitiveness. The post-pandemic era also forces companies to accelerate their IT digital transformation. Most provide solutions through open source software. In order to meet the needs of IT applications in the post-epidemic era. Such as cloud native, Internet of Things, artificial intelligence, remote services, data security and other technologies.This study takes the case of Company O as an example. Leverage on the case company's decades of experience in operating open source software solutions. The literature explores open source software business models, five forces analysis, and the consumer decision journey. Through case analysis and in-depth discussions, we deeply explore the total perceived value and unmet needs of loyal customers. And then assist the case company to establish unique core competitiveness and brand value. This study is based on reference to relevant literature theories and in-depth interviews with experts. It is recommended that case companies implement continuous innovative product agency strategies, strengthen open source technology capabilities, and innovate integrated services. Build an exclusive market for open source software solutions. With an invincible continuous profit operating model.
