教師參與推動未來想像與創意人才培育之歷程與成效:三所高中職之個案研究

Abstract
本研究旨在瞭解三所個案學校實施「未來想像與創意人才培育」計畫推動融入課程之現況、探究參與教師對未來想像的認知理解與其對課程內容設計的影響、瞭解參與教師及學生在參與後的影響。本研究採用個案研究,以一所公立高級中學、一所私立高級中學及一所公立高職,共三所學校作為個案研究對象,除收集計畫相關文件外,並透過訪談法蒐集研究資料,分析後歸納出三點結論: 一、高中職教師參與「未來想像與創意人才培育」的歷程有助於認識未來想像教育的意涵、產出跨領域合作課程、打破以升學為主的迷思,營造校園整體氛圍。二、未來想像教育對教師的影響為:可提升教師專業成長、主動積極參與、思考多面向、培養面對未來議題之視野與想法,營造整體校園氛圍。三、未來想像教育對學生的影響為:提升對未來想像議題之熟悉度、展現自我、思考多面向、學習積極性與未來性。最後,本研究根據上述研究結果提出建議,提供有意融入未來想像議題於教學現場,帶領提升未來思考、想像力及創造力之教學者及未來相關研究參酌。
This research was to understand the current situation of how three schools blended the implementation of “Future Imagination and Creativity Cultivation Talent” Project into their classes, to explore the cognitive understanding and the impact on course design of those teachers who participated in the program, and the impact on participants before and after their participation. In this research, one public high school, one private high school, and one public vocational school were used as my case study. In addition to therelevant information of the project, this research was conducted by the interview method. Analysis of information collected by methods mentioned above are shown as below: 1. The process of participating in the “Future Imagination and Creativity Cultivation Talent” Project assists high school and vocational school teachers in understanding the meaning and importance of future imagination, producing interdisciplinary cooperation courses, breaking the traditional academic-oriented myths, and creating an inclusive, community-oriented school environment. 2. Influences of future imagination educations on teachers are: improving teachers’ professional development, increasing active and voluntary participation, multifaceted thinking, and bringing foresight and futures. A well-rounded and diverse learning environment will be created. 3. Influences of future imagination educations on students are: improving the familiarity with future imagination issues, enhancing the capability for students to express themselves, multifaceted thinking, and learning actively with a vision. Finally, this research provides suggestions based on the above conclusions in hopes of helping those who plan to integrate the future imagination issues into their on-site teaching and improving thinking, imagination and creativity for both students and teachers.
