Abstract

With the progress of the times and the introduction of foreign cultures, people’s diets are becoming more diverse and rich. However, according to the HPA survey, the overall obesity rate of the people is high and the intake of certain specific nutrients is insufficient. This means that the people have no intention to implement a healthy diet or have no healthy diet behavior. Studies have shown that there is no positive relationship between healthy eating knowledge and behavior, that is, knowledge is not an important factor affecting behavior. Therefore, this research will focus on the theory of planning behavior (TPB). By incorporating the TPB into the design of board games, and exploreing whether board games can increase players’ knowledge while enhancing players’ awareness of healthy eating. Let players account for the influence of various dimensions in the TPB on our behavior, as well as their willingness to improve their own healthy diet and behaviors, thereby improving their own health.
