高中職資源班教師的工作壓力及幸福感之研究

Abstract

本研究旨在探討高中職資源班教師工作壓力與幸福感各個構面的現況,其次考驗不同背景變項之高中職資源班教師,在工作壓力與幸福感各構面上是否有呈現差異,接著探討高中職資源班教師工作壓力與幸福感彼此各構面間的相關性。 本研究採問卷調查法,研究工具包括自編之「工作壓力問卷」與「幸福感問卷」,發放問卷至北台灣、中台灣、南臺灣之公立高中職資源班教師為母群體,實際有效樣本為120位教師。分析方法包括描述性統計、獨立樣本t考驗、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關。 研究結論顯示: 一、台灣公立高中職資源班教師的工作壓力之現況,為中等程度之感受;而台灣高中職資源班教師的幸福感之現況,為中間偏高程度之感受。 二、台灣高中職資源班教師之背景變項之於工作壓力與幸福感:包括不同性別、年齡、婚姻、資源班教學年資、特殊教育學歷背景、職位與學校地區、學校規模、資源班學生人數之高中職資源教師在工作壓力及幸福感各構面上未有差異情形。 三、台灣公立高中職資源班教師的工作壓力與幸福感彼此構面間有低度負相關。 根據上述所得之結果,提出本研究對高中職資源教師、教育行政主管機關、師資培育機構與未來研究之建議。
The purpose of this study was to find out the current status of resource room teachers in senior high schools’ working stress and well-being, and what’s more to realize the relationship between working stress and well-being. This research adopted questionnaire survey. There were two questionnaires which were working stress and well-being. The subjects of survey were resource room teachers in senior high schools in Taiwan.120 effective samples were received. The data was analyzed by the statistical methods of Descriptive Statistics, T-test, One-way ANOVA, Pearson’s Product-moment Correlation. The first purpose of this research was the current feeling of resource room teachers in senior high schools’ working stress was medium and the feeling of well-being was above medium. Next, this research also found well-being and working stress had no vary with their personal background, such as sexes, ages, marriage, teaching years, educational background, position, school area, school scale, students in resource room. Also, there was a very impressive low inverse correlation between teachers’ working stress and teachers’ well-being. Finally, according to the findings, this research provided suggestions to teachers, educational administrations, teacher-training organizations and future research.
