筆記技巧對口譯產出訊息精準度之影響分析：以軍事口譯員為例

Abstract

我國國軍與外國之軍事交流逐漸熱絡，因交流過程中需作資料交換之程序，因此我國國軍口譯的需求便日益增加，其中，受過專業口譯訓練的軍事口譯員數量不多，在軍中擔任傳譯工作的人員多數是受過國軍語文班隊的基層幹部，並不熟稔專業口譯員之筆記技巧，因而導致資訊遺漏、口譯產出不理想等情況。本文之目的在藉由探討口筆譯教育訓練中筆記技巧的重要性及對實務上的幫助，並藉此了解國軍外譯工作之發展及研究精進方式。研究對象包含兩組軍事口譯員：一組為對照組，另一組為實驗組，將已經翻譯教育機構教授口譯教育筆記技巧作為對照組，並將探討筆記技巧之原則、邏輯、結構及實作範例，並對比兩組所呈現出之差異來比較筆記技巧是否會對軍事口譯員翻譯內容之準確度造成影響，藉此來探究筆記技巧之特殊性與必要性，並期望能建構出一個可於軍事領域使用的筆記架構，給後續的軍事口譯員使用。

With the increasing frequency of military cooperation between R.O.C armed forces and foreign counterparts has led to a growing demand for interpreters within our military. However, there are only a limited number of military interpreters who have received professional interpreting training. Most personnel performing interpreting duties in the military are junior officers who have attended language training courses but are not well-versed in the note-taking techniques used by professional interpreters. This often results in information omissions and suboptimal interpreting output.The purpose of this paper is to explore the importance of note-taking skills in interpreter and translator education and training, as well as their practical benefits. Through this, I aim to understand the development of military interpreting work in our armed forces and ways to further improve research in this area.The subjects of this study include two groups of military interpreters: a control group and an experimental group. The control group consists of those who have already received interpreter education and note-taking skills training at graduate institute of translation and interpretation. The study will explore the principles, logic, structure, and practical examples of note-taking techniques, and compare the differences in performance between the two groups to determine whether note-taking skills affect the accuracy of interpreting output among military interpreters. In doing so, I seek to examine the uniqueness and necessity of note-taking techniques and hope to establish a note-taking framework suitable for use in the military field for future military interpreters.
