應用跨理論模式探討桌球運動參與者中斷後再次規律參與之歷程

Abstract

本研究探討曾經規律參與桌球運動的研究參與者中斷規律桌球運動後,重回規律參與運動的歷程,並以跨理論模式為基礎,使用質性研究中的半結構式訪談,以立意抽樣的方式挑選樣本,選取之7位成年人皆曾經規律參與桌球運動,並有中斷參與的行為,又重回規律參與桌球運動者,探討其經歷之跨理論模式歷程變化。其中改變研究參與者行為,讓他們開始從事桌球運動使用之改變策略有意識覺醒、助人之人際關係、社會解放等,因故中斷桌球運動後,再次參與桌球運動之改變策略有助人之人際關係、情感喚起、社會解放以及自我再評價等,當參與桌球運動之自我效能增加,以及決策權衡因素改變為選擇參與桌球運動,能夠使研究參與者重回規律參與桌球運動。
This study explores the processes of research participants who had stopped regularly exercise and resumed regularly exercise habit. Based on the transtheoretical model, this qualitative study used semi-structured interview as the method to collect data, and conducted interviews with 7 adults who had stopped regularly exercise and resumed regularly exercise habit. What caused research participants started to change their behaviors and resumed playing table tennis are their interpersonal relationships, consciousness raising, social liberation and self-reevaluation. The participants resumed playing table tennis after pauses, which helped their consciousness-raising, interpersonal relationships and social liberation. When the self-efficacy of playing table tennis increased, and the decisional balance started to make the changes to play table tennis, the research participants resumed regular table tennis exercise habit.
