外派大陸保險業務人員之人格特質、家庭支持、海外適應與工作績效之相關性研究—以E保險經紀人公司為例

Abstract

在瞬息萬變的保險市場中,中國經濟的崛起,相對於臺灣的停滯不前,又面臨著人口萎縮的危機。在2017年臺灣的保險滲透度,也就是保費收入對GDP的比例為20.15%,而中國只有4.42%。由此可知,對於保險產業來說,往中國地區發展幾乎是必行之路。本研究採問卷調查法,就E保險經紀人公司2011-2016年間已赴中國地區發展之135位業務人員作為研究對象,探討其人格特質、家庭支持以及海外適應對於工作績效之相關性,回收問卷共72份,經使用敘述性統計分析、單因子變異數分析及相關分析後得結果如下:人格特質與外派人員海外適應有部分正向相關,家庭支持與外派人員海外適應有部分正向相關,海外適應與外派人員工作績效有部分正向相關,人格特質與外派人員工作績效有部分正向相關,家庭支持與外派人員工作績效沒有相關。
With the rapid growth of China’s economy and an ever-changing economy, Taiwan is faced with the critis of a shrinking population. In 2017, the insurance penetration, namely, the ratio of insurance premiums to gross domestic product, in Taiwan is 20.15%, compared to only 4.42% in China. As can be seen from this, as far as the insurance industry is concerned, going to work in China is almost unavoidable. A questionnaire was used to explore the personality traits, family support, and the correlation between overseas adjustment and job performance of its respondents, who are 135 employees of E Insurance Brokers Company sent to work in China during the period of 2011-2016. A total of 72 questionnaires were received. Upon statistical analysis, the results are as follows: a partial positive correlation between the personality traits and overseas adjustment of the employees, a partial positive correlation between the family support and overseas adjustment of the employees, a partial positive correlation between the overseas adjustment and job performance of the employees, a partial positive correlation between the personality traits and job performance of the employees and no correlation between the family support and job performance of the employees.
