Abstract: 台灣地區近十年來從大學法的修正,強調尊重大學自主、學術自 由、教授治校;師資培育法的公佈將中小學師資培育管道開放;教師 法的公佈,保障教師專業自主及對校務的參與權,這些劇烈的變動深 刻影響大學原有的教育體制,使得台灣地區大學的發展有了鉅大改 變。 大學教育中體育向為其重要的一環,惟自民八十三年新「師資培 育法」公佈施行以來,影響了多年來體育專業人才培育的法源,體育 專業人才培育也加速多元分化。因此,探索體育師資培育學校如何配 合專業多元發展,落實課程革新的內涵與意義,或能提供給教育主管 機關在制訂政策之參考,及師資培育學校在規劃體育師資培育專業課 程之未來發展規劃上有所啟示。 本研究擬以文獻蒐集、整理及歸納,探討國內體育師資養成單位 之師資培育專業課程,透過實際資料分析調查並輔以訪談,藉以瞭解 台灣地區師資培育專業學校,有關其專業課程之規劃及發展情形,並 據以提出未來體育師資培育專業課程之發展策略與建議,期盼對體育 師資培育專業課程之規劃能有助益。
Taiwan has emphasizes and respects from the revision of the law of the university in the past ten years that the university acts on one's own, the academic freedom, professors manage the school; Teachers cultivate announcing and cultivates middle and primary schools teachers on the pipeline open of the law; The announcing of teacher's law, ensure speciality acting on one's own and participation right to the administrative affairs of schools of teacher, These violent changes influence the already existing structure of education of the university deeply, making the development of Taiwan university have enormous changes.
