The purpose of this study was to explore the professional development of the special education student teachers of one university in Northern Taiwan in 3 practicum courses from grade junior, grade senior to after graduated. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observing and some documents on practicum. The major findings of this study was that the scope of professional development was more expanding year by year.
