Abstract: 本研究對北部某一大學三個年級共23名特殊教育學系實習生進行深入訪談並搭配文件分析與參與式觀察,瞭解他們在修習實習課程的收穫與心得,發現實習生在每一階段都有不同的學習重點,隨著實習情境的轉移而不斷成長與改變。
The purpose of this study was to explore the professional development of the special education student teachers of one university in Northern Taiwan in 3 practicum courses from grade junior, grade senior to after graduated. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observing and some documents on practicum. The major findings of this study was that the scope of professional development was more expanding year by year.
