Abstract
學校為一工作團隊,為使學校能達成教育的目標,領導者無不想盡一切辦法,積極徵求或使教師主動感受到學校的需求而參與工作團隊,這對學校的校務及教學而言將有莫大助益。主要的方式有:一、了解教師的需求,才能激勵教師。二、營造學習氣氛的組織文化,激勵教師不斷學習。三、建立學校未來願景。
A school is a work team which reaches education goals and is of great benefit to teaching. Therefore, a school leaders do their best to think out ways which promote the teachers will to participate the work teams. Major ways were as follows:1. To realize the need of teachers.2. To build learning atmosphere in the organization culture.3. To establish future visions of schools.
