排球運動參與者的流暢經驗與團隊凝聚力之研究

Abstract

目的:排球運動從日據時代傳入至今,已有一定的運動人口,但近年來人口數停滯不前,希望中華民國排球協會與政府能積極推動此項運動,以娛樂性和社交性兼具的排球運動貫徹終身運動的理念。本研究決定使用流暢經驗測量排球運動參與者心理的層面,進而到排球團隊的凝聚力,探討社會人士在工作、家庭之外,對於排球運動的熱情。本研究目的是為了瞭解排球運動者參與排球運動,在人口統計變項、流暢經驗和團隊凝聚力之狀況,流暢經驗、團隊凝聚力之差異情形,流暢經驗和團隊凝聚力之相關性。研究對象:本研究以非學生排球運動參與者為抽樣對象。研究工具:本研究採量化的研究方法,透過問卷調查進行研究,研究問卷共分為四個部份,即人口統計變項、排球運動參與情形、流暢經驗與團隊凝聚力。正式問卷於2013年5月25日至5月26日於比賽時發放,回收有效問卷386份。研究方法:問卷資料採項目分析、因素分析、描述性統計分析、單因子變異數分析、獨立樣本t檢定、皮爾森積差相關分析等統計方法進行分析。根據本研究結果,做出以下結論:排球運動參與者的技能在某些狀況下低於挑戰,但整體來說有感受到流暢經驗,且男性均高於女性。排球運動參與者在團隊凝聚力的程度偏高,而且會隨著隊伍出去的比賽次數而增加。流暢經驗與團隊凝聚力呈現中度正相關性,且互相影響,只要流暢經驗高,團隊凝聚力也會跟著提高。排球運動參與者在過去排球運動團體的參與,一定都有參加過且持續一段時間,如果相關單位能夠提早讓學生接觸到排球運動且培養他們的興趣,就可以貫徹終身運動的理念。民間團體可以增加排球運動的賽事,讓排球運動參與者的流暢經驗和團隊凝聚力提高,持續排球運動的風氣。
Objective: Before Second World War, volleyball was introduced into Taiwan from Japan. So far, there is certain volleyball sport population. In recent years, the volleyball sport population has ceased, we hope Chinese Taipei Volleyball Association and the Government will actively promote this sport. Volleyball sport has two characteristics that are entertainment and social contact. And it could implement the concept of lifetime sports. This study use flow theoretical to measure volleyball participants’ psychological level, and to the team cohesion. It explores their passion for volleyball except work and family. The study aims at understanding the differences and the condition of the flow experience and team cohesion when the volleyball participants play volleyball. Methods: In this study, the functioning member of society is the sample object, through questionnaire survey, the research questionnaire is divided into two dimensions, flow experience and team cohesion. The questionnaire data were analyzed by item analysis, factor analysis, descriptive statistical analysis, AVOVA, t-test, Pearson product-moment correlation coefficient and other statistical methods for analysis. Results: The volleyball participants’ skills were lower than the challenge in some cases. But they still could felt flow. Moreover, the males were higher than the females. The volleyball players were at the high level of the team cohesion. And it would increase with the number of times of playing games. The team cohesion and flow experience are positive relationship, significant differences between them. The volleyball participants’ team cohesion is higher, the higher the feelings of flow experience. The volleyball participants must participated volleyball team and continued for a period of time. If the relevant units explore the students to volleyball and cultivate their interest, they could implement the concept of lifetime sport. Non-governmental association could increase the volleyball games, so that the volleyball participants improve their flow experience and team cohesion, and sustain volleyball.
