Abstract
1993年11月，當時台灣甲組籃壇四支勁旅宏國、泰瑞、裕隆及幸福水泥，在泰瑞隊老闆洪敏泰登高一呼，宣布成立台灣籃壇史上第一個職業聯盟──中華職籃(Chinese Basketball Alliance)，在很短的時間內就把台灣籃球的熱情與國際戰績帶到前所未有的高峰。但短短不到幾年，職籃5年沒有打完，中華職籃就走進歷史，從此沒有回頭。因此，本研究之主要目的乃以當時參與中華職籃公司主事者、球團經營團隊成員、媒體採訪記者為受訪者，探討中華職籃解散的原因。本研究以深度訪談方式，訪談6位受訪者，所得研究結果如下：1.中華職籃解散最主要原因：組織架構不健全、人才培養不易、專屬場館缺乏與球團收支無法平衡。2.台灣職籃球團經營理念有三種不同形態：永續經營、戰績考量與老闆個人熱愛。3.電視轉播對職業運動之重要性有不可取代的地位，但是否可以充分合作才是職業運動能否成長茁壯的關鍵。
Ming-Tai Hung, the chief executive officer of Tera announced to establish the first basketball professional association of Taiwan in November 1993. Chinese Basketball Alliance was comprised of four amateur basketball team in Taiwan including HUNG KUO、Tera、YU LON and LUCKYGRP. Through the very short period of time, the Chinese Basketball Alliance not only had excellent performance in the international competitions, but also led the ardor of Taiwan basketball fans into the great state. But only in five years, the first basketball professional association of Taiwan was disbanded and the Chinese Basketball Alliance walked into the history. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to investigate the reason of why Chinese Basketball Alliance disbanded by interviewing the managers of the Chinese Basketball Alliance Company and amateur basketball teams in Taiwan and media reporters. The study interviewed six participants by in-depth interview to get the following conclusions: 1.The main reasons of CBA disbanded were unsound structure, the difficulty of talent cultivated, lack of exclusive gymnasium, and unbalance of payment in basketball teams. 2.There were three types of management in Taiwan professional basketball teams: Sustainable managed, achievement concerned, and the CEO’s fervent love for basketball. 3.TV Broadcast plays an importance and unevitable role in professional sports, but whether they fully cooperate or integrate, is the key to the prosperous growth for professional sports.
