資優生是國家未來的人力金礦,若能給予適切的栽培,不啻為日後一大資源,所 以引導他們做好生活適應是刻不容緩的。尤其在班上適應不良的同學,其身心發展、 學業成績及品行操守都將直接的或間接的受到影響。在本文中,作者為一任教於分散 式資優班的老師,眼見班上少數學生因個人的表現優異乃致驕傲自大,眼中無人;或 因表現低成就而畏縮。為使這些學生能有正常的心理發展,因此乃選用結構性的小型 團體輔導,活動過程包括參與、轉換、工作及結束四個階段,針對所欲輔導學生之特 性訂定輔導目標,同時在每個階段中各設計兩個活動,藉以由活動中激勵人際關係不良的兒童,改善不良的態度和行為,結果,小團體輔導消除了兒童的驕傲自大及畏 縮。
