本文詳述有關任汝理(Renzulli)的資優教育理論,例如其資優三環論,此三環分 別為中等以上之能力、工作的專注性,以及創造力,這三種特質在鑑定資優方面都有 同樣的重要性。此外對資優學生的教育方案,任汝理認為應注意以下幾點:(一)學習型態及興趣之評估。(二)課程密集化。(三)一般充實類。(四)進入高層次充實及加速經驗,即第二層次之鑑定。最後則提出任汝理的旋轉門模式的有關研究及結果。
