本研究探討二對良師與原住民資優生的互動歷程。研究結果發現師生具有良好的互動關係,且教師之專業知識與學生之能力均有所提升。惟提升文化認同仍有待較長期之介入才能確實顯現成效,且原住民資優生基礎學習技巧不足與學習較為被動的現象亦仍需加以提升。
