作者為台南市永福國小資優班教師,該校實施資優教育實驗班已屆五年,本文為其教學狀況及心得。在教學方面採啟發式與自學輔導方式,校內除了有具專長的教師外,並成立教學研究小組;在教材方面以教材的加深、加廣為重點;在教學設備方面,加設觀察實驗桌、課外讀物及視聽教育器材等。作者據其教學經驗與心得,對資優教育提出以下建議:(1)學制要有彈性:目前刻板制度,實不能滿足其求知慾。(2)充實而完美的教材法:建立一套完整的教學資料系統。(3)完善的甄選制度。(4)對資優班教師提供有計劃之輔導 與進修。(5)利用暑假為資優生舉行各種研習活動等。
