    Employee’s Acceptance of Intranet Implementation-Case Study of the Comprehensive travel agency in Taiwan

    With increasingly advanced information technology, it’s very common that organizations introduce new information technology (IT) to enhance their benefit. This study use Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) Model as a foundation to establish a research on the intention that the employee of travel agency according to the how much they will accept the new technology. Data collected from 480 respondents in Taiwan were tested against the research model using the structural equation modeling (SEM) approach. The results provide further insights into travel agency management strategies.

    Examining the Training Effects and Assess on Model of Blended Learning—Case Study of a Life Insurance Company in Taiwan.

    Blended Learning is the process of incorporating many different learning styles that can be accomplished through the use of ‘blended’ virtual and physical resources. This paper based on the blending learning to discuss the training course in the foreign insurance company. And through blended learning apply to insurance practice course, to know how the newcomers make progress on the knowledge of insurance and to have confidence in success sale. The methodology adopted the multi-case, and assessed the blending learning result of the staff. To hope the result was expected to provide some business as reference when making the strategy.

    A Study of Organizational Management and Business Guidance of Taiwan Farmer's Associations

    The Farmers’ Association is an important design in the Taiwan agricultural finance system. In the initial stage of the economical development in Taiwan, the Farmers’ Association, whose branches are widely installed in the villages therefore, is capable of spread and being rooted in the village. They take the responsibility to help agricultural development and serve to stabilize farming village and society, improves farmers’ livelihood, and benefits a great deal in the local finance. The existing the Farmers’ Association provides tremendous contribution to the financial and economic development of the farming village. In this time of recession where the government already has heavy economical burdens as well as the changes in social values, the Farmer’s Associations are now facing vigorous competitions, lack of resources and restrictions for longterm development. As such, it has become necessary for the Farmer’s Associations to enhance its management skills, to reinforce its mission, goal and performance to sustain long-term growth and development. Hence, objective assessment should be objectively made; the leadership coordination and planning should be well conducted by the relevant administration departments to solve the operational predicament of the Farmers’ Association. To hope the result was expected to provide some NPOs and the Farmer’s Associations as reference when making the strategy.

    As the rapid development of communication and Internet technology, the applications of technology also change swiftly. Mobile technologies offer new opportunities for learning activities and information receiving to take place in different locations and times. The purpose of this study is to explore the acceptance of the Comprehensive Travel Agency Employees use the handheld devices. This research adopt model by Venkatesh et al., 2003, Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT). To hope the result was expected to provide some comprehensive travel agencies as reference when making the strategy.
