新北市國立板橋高中學生網路使用行為與健康體適能之關係研究

Abstract
本研究旨在暸解新北市國立板橋高中學生網路使用行為與健康體適能之關係情形。透過自編問卷,採便利取樣方式進行調查,總共發放533分問卷,回收得到415份有效問卷,以描述性統計、獨立樣本單因子變異數分析、獨立樣本考驗及卡方考驗等方法進行資料分析。研究結果發現:
一、學生未擁有智慧型手機佔57.3%,家中有電腦連網的學生佔97.8%,未擁有個人電腦的比率佔51.1%,學業成績排序中間1/3的學生佔42.4%,網路成癮的學生佔13.9%。
二、擁有個人電腦的學生,每週上網天數、平時網路休閒時數及假日網路休閒時數達到顯著。
三、學生的學業成績排序,在平時網路休閒時數和假日網路休閒時數達到顯著。
四、有網路成癮的學生,在每週上網天數、平時網路休閒時數、假日網路休閒時數達到顯著。
五、男生擁有個人電腦對於其BMI和立定跳遠達顯著影響,而女生擁有個人電腦僅對其BMI達顯著影響。
六、男生網路成癮者占19%、女生占7%,網路成癮男生較為嚴重,對於男生的坐姿體前彎變項達顯著影響。
七、男生網路休閒時數較高者,可能造成立定跳遠較差和心肺耐力較不好的情形。
本研究最後根據研究結果,對高中生網路使用與學生輔導提出各項建議,供未來研究之參考。
This study aimed to understand the New Taipei Municipal Panchiao Senior High School’s students internet usage behavior between health-related physical fitness situations. Self-design questionnaire and convenience sampling method were applied. A total of 533 questionnaires distributed, 415 valid questionnaires were collected. The descriptive statistics, independent sample ANOVA analysis, independent sample test and chi-square test were used for data analysis. The conclusions are as follows: 1.The students having no smart phones accounted for 57.3%, and students having computer networking at home accounted for 97.8%, the rate for not having personal computers accounted for 51.1%, academic performance ranking the middle 1/3 accounted for 42.4%, internet addiction students accounted for 13.9%. 2.Students had personal computers, the number of days a week online, internet leisure hours on weekdays and holidays, reached significant impact. 3.Students' academic performance ranking, in the weekdays and holidays internet leisure hours reached significant impact. 4.Students had internet addiction, the number of days in a week online, internet leisure hours on weekdays and holidays reached significant impact. 5.Boys had the personal computers for their BMI and standing long jump reaching a significant impact, while girls had PCs only reached a significant impact on their BMI. 6.Boys had internet addicts accounted for 19%, while girls accounted for 7%; boys were more serious internet addiction, for the boys sit and reached up a significant impact. 7.Boys with higher internet leisure hours may cause the poor standing long jump performance and cardiorespiratory endurance. Finally, some suggestions for teachers, schools, students and further study were made according to the findings.
