陸軍專科學校發展軍事專業特色課程之研究

Abstract
國軍為培養各軍種所需之領導與技術人才,因而依其屬性設立不同性質之軍事院校,並藉由課程設計與實施,期能發展軍事專業特色。軍事教育乃屬國家教育之一環,平時關注有限,然各軍事院校以「為戰而訓、訓用合一」為前提,積極以各式課程培育優秀的國軍幹部。
本研究探討陸軍專科學校軍事專業特色課程之發展,分析學校課程發展組織與運作方式,旨在了解課程實施現況及困境。為達研究目的,本研究採質性取向,透過文件分析與實地訪談蒐集實徵性資料,獲致研究結論如下:
一、學校以升格技術學院為發展目標與願景。
二、學校課程發展採泰勒模式,以完善的課程架構誘發學習興趣。
三、設置三級課程發展組織,學校成員各司其職。
四、以軍事基礎教育為發展專業特色課程之前提。
五、以體能要求進而發展一般特色課程。
六、軍事專業特色課程發展之困境有待積極作為。
依據研究結論,本研究對教育主管機關、學校成員、後續研究者提出相關建議,期能提供是類學校爾後發展軍事專業特色課程之參考。
In order to cultivate technical personnel required by each military service, the ROC Army has established military schools and academies of various natures, and hopes to develop military specialties and professionalism. The military education is also a part of national education system. Though it is rarely mentioned by general public, those military schools, based upon the principle of boosting combat strength by rigid training, are actively cultivating their cadets by way of well-designed courses. This study inquires special features of military curriculum of Army Academy and analyzes its organization and operation of curriculum development in order to understanding its practices and difficulties. Through document analysis and interview with related faculties within the academy, some conclusions were made as follows: 1. The Army Academy should set the goal of to upgrade its level to be a college of technology. 2. The model of curriculum development must adopt Taylor one, and then frame a good course structure and contents to attract learners’ interest. 3. Three levels of the councils for curriculum development should be organized and the staffs of each one should play their proper role. 4. Based upon the foundation of basic military education, the Military Specialized Curriculum will be developed. 5. Based upon physical education of cadets, general education is designed. 6. Obstacles of the development of the Military Specialized Curriculum should be solved actively. Some suggestions are recommended to authorities, faculties in the academy and follow-on study members.
