Abstract
Each era brings with it its own values and lifestyles. As a modern woman, the author has noticed distinct phases of emotional transformation when dealing with family dynamics, interpersonal relationships, and personal ideals. This includes the need to balance values from one's original family, coping with external judgments, and the search for inner self and external relationship equilibrium. Thus, the author aims to depict the transformation of inner spirit and values into metaphorical social structures and frameworks through creative imagery analysis and conceptual development. This study comprises five main sections: Chapter One outlines research motivations, objectives, content, scope, methods, and terminology. Chapter Two explores women's roles in modern society, focusing on their presence in societal structures, family relationship balances, and societal perceptions of women. It examines how women navigate their ideals in different societal roles and dissects various issues they encounter. Chapter Three links prior context and motivations, elucidating the creative concept and execution within the"Rationality beneath Flexibility" series. "Flexibility" symbolizes concrete emotional expression in art, while "linearity" serves as a reference for the author's creative forms, inspiring fresh modes of expression. Chapter Four discusses the creative discourse within the "Interwoven Balance" framework, primarily using variations in ink and line symbols on paper as the primary creative mediums. Starting from ink aesthetics, it employs lines to convey the tension and rhythm within different spaces, exploring the strength of women's internal emotions as they coil, meander, and tug. Lastly, it constructs the work's context and content through individual analyses of each piece. Chapter Five concludes by revisiting creative insights and the research journey, sparking potential for future creativity.
