Abstract

本研究主要針對NTSC、PAL、SECAM 全世界三大彩色電視系統作一重點式的比較。從彩色信號的裡開始,比較三大系統的彩色信號特色,YC信號頻率特性、發射及接收系統、操作方式,進一步討論數位化電腦化的難易度及三大系統在衛星轉播方面的適應性。並於結論中列出三大系統比較總表,藉供進一步研究的參考。
This research paper is presented summarizing the NTSC, PAL, and SECAM color television system standards, pointing out the basic similarities as well as the main differences in areas such as the formation of chrominance signal, color burst characteristics, color encoding and decoding techniques, bandwidths, transmitting and receiving system and also discussing the differences of the these systems in the developing of digital TV, com-puter controlled TV and satellite broadcasting for up-date reason. According to statistical data, NTSC is used in 31 nations, PAL used in 45 nations, and SECAM used in 29 nations. Though it's difficult to establish a universal system, by use of digital TV, we can receive programs from other systems, even simultaneous translation between different scanning rates and different color systems. Thus, the intent of this com-parison report will give you an overview of the three different color TV standards. It's essential if we want to get an effective international exchange of programming.
