dc.description.abstract近年因科技的進步,世界各國均大力推動機器人產業,但是相關之機器人技術能力指標尚屬少見,由於機電整合領域與機器人息息相關,是故機器人機電整合技術能力之培育對於大專院校機電工程相關教育至屬重要,惟有關之研究尚付諸闕如,機器人機電整合技術能力更未見到專家學者將其整理、推廣與運用。因此機器人機電整合技術能力指標之研究實為一個重要的課題。 本研究旨在建構大專院校機器人機電整合技術能力指標。為達研究目的,首先透過文獻分析並實際訪談機器人產業機電整合領域相關主管與實務工程師,瞭解現今機器人產業機電整合領域之現況,接著進行德懷術(Delphi)專家問卷調查,藉由三次專家問卷調查,經次數分配、百分比、眾數、平均數、標準差、魏氏-曼-惠特尼考驗及柯-史單一樣本適合度考驗等統計分析,修改並確認智慧型機器人機電整合技術能力指標之適切性及一致性。 由研究結果指出大專院校學生機器人機電整合技術能力指標共計五個層面:機構設計與製作12項、動力傳輸零組件設計與製作13項、動力系統規劃5項、控制器設計26項與程式設計15項等,共計71個細項,以作為機器人機電整合技術教學教材製作及教學活動之使用。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractIn recent years, advances in technology, countries around the world are striving to promote intelligent robotics industry, but related indicators of intelligent robot technology capability is still rare, mechatronics are related to intelligent robotics, therefore, intelligent robot's mechatronics integration of technical skills training for mechatronics engineering education colleges to be important. However, related research is still lacking. However, experts and scholars of Intelligent Robotics Mechatronics technology are even not to sort, promotion and application. Therefore, intelligent robotics mechatronics indicators of technological capabilities research is indeed an important issue. Therefore, this study refers to construct intelligent robot mechatronics system industrial skill indicators of college . In order to achieve research purposes, in order to achieve research purposes, this study first the actual interview, through literature review and integration of the field of intelligent robotics industry-related mechatronics engineers and executives to understand the current mechatronics field of intelligent robotics industry current status. Then, through three times questionaire survey by expert, the data is analyzed by frequency distribution, percentage, mode, mean, standard deviation, Wilcoxon - Mann - Whitney test, and Kolmogorov - Smirnov one sample test , modify and confirm relevance and consistency of intelligent robot mechatronics system industrial skill indicators . The study concluded that 5 levels of the Intelligent intelligent robot mechatronics system industrial skill indicators are : mechanism design and manufacture 12 items , power transmission components design and manufacture 13 items , power system planning 5 items, controller design 27 items and programming 15 items ,total are 72 items. Finally based creation of materials and teaching on intelligent robot mechatronics system industrial skill indicators.en_US
