MammaCare與傳統乳房自我檢查衛生教育效果比較研究-以臺北地區技術學院女生為例

Abstract

摘 要 本研究主要瞭解及探討「MammaCare乳房自我檢查衛生教育」與「傳統乳房自我檢查衛生教育」介入教學後,在「乳癌及乳房自我檢查的知識」、「乳房自我檢查健康信念」、「乳房自我檢查自我效能」、「乳房自我檢查行為意圖」與「乳房自我檢查技能」等五大部分之立即效果與延宕效果有無顯著性差異。 研究工具參考Champion的「乳癌及乳房自我檢查健康信念模式量表」,研究對象為臺北地區技術學院女生,前測與後測時有效樣本為65人(實驗組37人,對照組28人),後後測有效樣本為 57人(實驗組32人,對照組25人)所得資料經統計分析後得到以下重要發現: 一、 在未進行乳房自我檢查衛生教育介入前,研究對象乳癌及乳房自我檢查之相關知能,在「乳癌及乳房自我檢查知識」、「自覺乳癌罹患性」、「自覺乳癌嚴重性」與「自覺乳房自我檢查障礙性」、「乳房自我檢查自我效能」、「乳房自我檢查行為意圖」、「乳房自我檢查步驟正確性」、「乳房檢查乳房腫塊發現正確率」都不理想,顯示乳癌及乳房自我檢查衛生教育還有很大努力空間。 二、 MammaCare乳房自我檢查衛生教育在「乳癌及乳房自我檢查的知識」、「自覺乳癌罹患性」、「乳房自我檢查行為意圖」、「乳房腫塊發現正確率」等四部份的立即效果顯著的優於傳統乳房自我檢查衛生教育。 三、MammaCare乳房自我檢查衛生教育在「自覺乳房自我檢查障礙性」、「乳房自我檢查行為意圖」、「乳房檢查乳房腫塊發現正確率」等三部分的延宕效果顯著的優於傳統乳房自我檢查衛生教育。 關鍵字:乳癌及乳房自我檢查的知識、乳房自我檢查健康信念、乳房自我檢查自我效能、乳房自我檢查行為意圖、乳房自我檢查技能
ABSTRACT This research is discussing about that after the implementation of “MammaCare breast self-examination” and “Traditional breast self-examination” in education, whether the remarkable difference of the immediate and procrastinate effect or not when facing 5 major parts: “the knowledge of breast cancer and self-examination”, “the belief in heath of breast self-examination”, “the efficiency of breast self-examination”, “the intention of breast self-examination”, and “the skills of breast self-examination” Research tools refer from Champion’s “Champion’s Health Belief Scale ; CHBMS”. the objects are technical college female, the efficient samples of pre-test and post-test are 65 people (experiment group: 37, comparison group: 28); the efficient samples post-post-test are 57 people (experiment group: 32, comparison group: 25). The analyzed data reveal the important discoveries: 1. Before the implementation of breast self-examination implementation, the cognition about breast cancer and breast self-examination of research objects is not antipative in the following aspects: “the knowledge of breast cancer and self-examination”, “breast cancer perceived susceptibility belief”, “breast cancer perceived serverity”, “breast self-examination perceived barries of action”, “the efficiency of breast self-examination”, “the intention of breast self-examination”, “the exact procedure of breast self-examination", and “the exact rate of breast phyma detection”. It shows that breast cancer and self-examination education should be pushed harder. 2. The immediate effect of MammaCare breast self-examination is obviously better than traditional examination in the following 4 aspects: “the knowledge of breast cancer and self-examination”, “breast cancer perceived susceptibility belief”, “the intention of breast self-examination”, and “the exact rate of breast phyma detection”. 3. The procrastinate effect of MammaCare breast self-examination is obviously better than traditional examination in the following 3 aspects: “breast cancer perceived serverity”, “the intention of breast self-examination”, and “the exact rate of breast phyma detection”.
