國中生人權態度與霸凌行為相關性之研究-以台中市一所國中為例

Abstract
本研究旨在瞭解台中市國民中學學生人權態度與霸凌行為之現況,探討學生人權態度與霸凌行為之關係。本研究採調查研究法,根據文獻探討與相關實證之研究結果來設計問卷,以台中市一所國中學生為研究對象,進行問卷調查,共獲得有效問卷470份,最後將調查結果以描述統計、t考驗、單因子變異數分析與事後多重比較、斯皮爾曼相關、多元迴歸分析等方式進行統計分析與討論。
本研究結果如下所示:
一、台中市某國中學生人權態度正向積極,以「尊重人權」向度表現最佳。
二、台中市某國中學生霸凌行為平均分數為中間偏低,以「言語霸凌」向度分數最高。
三、台中市某國中學生人權態度因背景變項的不同,在部分向度達顯著差異。
四、台中市某國中學生霸凌行為因背景變項的不同,在部分向度達顯著差異。
五、國中學生人權態度整體及各向度與學生霸凌行為整體及各向度均達顯著負相關。
六、國中學生人權態度可以有效解釋學生霸凌行為。
The purposes of this study were to understand the current status of the Taichung City junior high school students' human rights attitudes and bullying behavior, and to examine the relationship between students' human rights attitudes and bullying. This study used a survey method, according to the literature and relevant empirical findings to design a questionnaire, a junior high school students in Taichung City, conducted a questionnaire survey, a total of 470 valid questionnaires, and finally the results of the investigation to describe the statistic t-test, one-way ANOVA analysis and post multiple comparisons, the Spearman correlation, multiple regression analysis, statistical analysis and discussion. The results of this study are as follows: 1.Taichung City, the human rights of a junior high school students attitude positive, "respect for human rights dimensions of the best performing. 2.Taichung City, a junior high school students bullying the average score for the middle low, the highest dimension scores in order to "verbal bullying". 3.Taichung City, a junior high school students of human rights attitude due to the different background variables are significant differences in some dimensions 4.Taichung City, a junior high school students bullying behavior due to different background variables are significant differences in some dimensions. 5.The junior high school students attitude as a whole and the human rights dimension and students bullying behavior as a whole and the dimensions were significantly negatively correlated. 6.Human rights attitude of the junior high school students can effectively explain student bullying.
