後博物館的地方文化認同：以糖廍文化園區為例

Abstract

本研究探究臺北市糖廍文化園區的地方文化認同及結構因素，並採取認知圖繪製、深度訪談法以及文獻分析法。而本研究將地方文化認同分為：地方認知、情感歸屬以及行動參與度。 研究發現個體會依據其身分背景、幼時記憶等因素，對萬華或日常生活路徑而有不同的觀感。整體而言，「老舊」、「髒亂」及「娼妓文化」是居民對萬華地區的觀感。而居民們將糖廍文化園區視作一整體性的公園，容易忽略三棟古蹟糖倉的存在，主要原因是開放性的公園部分相對於封閉性高的古蹟空間，使居民對在地的認同產生多元駁雜的情形。 在地方認知方面，經營管理現況是居民們最不了解的部分。情感歸屬則因園區的成立使得糖廍里是個適宜的居住社區，且在園區內是感到視野開闊、心曠神怡的。行動參與度面向可知，一般居民幾乎不想投入地方活動的執行。協會則作為主要的行動者 造成園區多元的地方文化認同現象，主要是因園區經營管理機關複雜、管理限制、明華園開放性不足、地方紛爭以及歷史條件使然等。 本研究認為基於後博物館的觀點，糖廍文化園區應全面開放，並且連結人與典藏的關係，能夠使園區有更好的發展，也能增強在地居民的認同。The purpose of this research is to investigate the local and cultural identity and the structural factor of Tangbu Cultural Park in Taipei. The methods used in this paper are known as the drawing the cognitive map, in-depth interview and document analysis. And the theory about local and cultural identity is differentiated three parts: local cognitive, emotional attribution and action participation. The finding of the research is the one will have different perspective of Wanhua or daily route according to their backgrounds, the memories of childhood and the other factors. Overall, the residents take "olden", "disordered" and "whore culture" to describe Wanhua area. The residents take Tangbu Cultural Park as a whole park. They easily neglect the existence of the three sugar warehouses. The main reason is that compared to the open side of the park and the highly closed monuments, the local identity of the residents have multivariate and heterogeneous cognitive. Moreover, the users of the park are mostly elderly people and children which cause the fracture of local culture identity. As the part of local cognitive, the residents do not understand the status of management.As to the part of emotional attribution, the park makes Tangbu Li as a suitable residential community, and the residents feel spacious, relax and refreshing in the park.The dimensions of action participation, general population almost do not want to put the implementation of local activities. But the association is the main actors. The reasons which cause the phenomenon of multivariate local culture identity are the complex management agencies, the restrictions of management, the insufficient openness of Ming-Hua Yuan, the local conflicts and the historical conditions. Based on the perception of Post-museum, Tang-bu Cultural Park should be fully open and connect the relationships between the men and the collections, so that the park can have a better develop and enhance the identity of the residents.
