Abstract
隨著市場競爭日益激烈,企業的成功與否在很大程度上取決於其人力資源的質量和培訓成效。然而,許多企業在員工培訓方面仍然面臨挑戰。儘管已投入大量時間和資源於培訓活動中,但培訓的有效性和應用轉化仍然存在問題。因此,深入瞭解企業激勵制度對於提升員工培訓績效很有必要。本研究以海底撈為例,採用質性研究方法,包括個案研究和深度訪談。訪談對象包括三位海底撈餐廳的員工和一位專業培訓師。研究結果將從員工培訓特色、培訓師角色和培訓績效評估等方面進行探討。首先,本研究提出了針對海底撈餐廳的激勵制度和培訓特色,為其他餐飲業提供借鑒;其次,本研究強調培訓師的角色和專業性,提供了培訓師招聘和培訓建議;再次,本研究探討了員工培訓績效評估的方式,提供了評估指標和方法,有助於提高培訓成效;最後,本研究填補了企業激勵制度與員工培訓績效之間的理論空白,具有實踐價值和學術意義。本研究的結果不僅對餐飲產業經營具有實際意義,也為其他企業在制定激勵制度和培訓策略時提供了參考和啟示。
With the increasingly fierce market competition, the success of an enterprisedepends to a large extent on the quality of its human resources and the effectiveness of training. However, many businesses still face challenges when it comes to employee training. Although a lot of time and resources have been invested in training activities, the effectiveness and application transfer of training still has problems. Therefore, an in-depth understanding of corporate incentive systems is necessary to improve employee training performance.The study adopts a qualitative research approach, including case studies andin-depth interviews. The interviewees consist of three employees from Haidilao and a professional trainer. The research findings will explore aspects such as employee training characteristics, the role of trainers, and training performance evaluation. Firstly, this study presents the incentive system and training features specific to Haidilao, providing insights for other businesses in the catering industry. Secondly, it emphasizes the role and professionalism of trainers, offering recommendations for trainer recruitment and training. Thirdly, the study investigates methods of evaluating employee training performance, providing evaluation indicators and approaches to enhance training effectiveness and outcomes. Lastly, this study fills the theoretical gap between corporate incentive systems and employee training performance, contributing practical value and academic significance. The results of this research have practical implications not only for Haidilao but also for other companies in formulating incentive systems and training strategies.
