新冠肺炎對臺灣表演藝術團隊的影響探討—以果陀劇場、故事工廠為例

Abstract
2020年對全世界來說,是歷史巨變的一年,全球每個國家幾乎都深受新冠肺炎之影響。有關於人類在日常生活中的各個產業,都深受影響。而在人們日常生活中之外,不可或缺的娛樂業、旅遊業也同樣遭受巨大的影響。本研究所探討的是人類生活中的文化藝術產業—表演藝術,在疫情的重創下,臺灣新冠肺炎疾病管理中心宣布有關大型集會的相關規定,室內與室外活動限制人數與位置規定,以及文化部推出的第一次、第二次的紓困政策,表演藝術團隊真的能夠獲得實質的幫助嗎?在這樣的規定之下,表演藝術團隊又該如何生存?該讓實體演出取消或者延期、又或者舉行線上演出?本研究實際訪談兩個臺灣表演藝術團隊,就新冠肺炎對團隊之影響做探討,並深入研究政策對團隊的相對應協助、以及團隊未來經營型態之調整。
2020 is a year of historical change for the world. Almost every country in the world has been deeply affected by COVID-19. With regard to various industries in daily life, people are deeply affected. In addition to people's daily lives, the indispensable entertainment and tourism industries have also suffered a huge impact. In this study is about the cultural and artistic industry in human life - performing arts. Under the heavy impact of the epidemic, the Taiwan COVID-19 Disease Management Center announced the relevant regulations on large-scale gatherings, the restrictions on the number and location of indoor and outdoor activities, and the first and second bail-out policies launched by the Ministry of Culture. Can the performing arts group really get substantive assistance? Under such regulations, how can the performing arts group survive? Should the physical performance be cancelled or postponed or online performances held? This study interviewed two Taiwanese performing arts groups to explore the impact of novel coronavirus on the group, and in-depth study the corresponding assistance of policies to the group and the adjustment of the group's future management pattern.
