Abstract
本論文主要探討傳產業的轉型發展歷程以及跨域投入無人自動化新零售產業的大未來。從無人自動化新零售的趨勢、技術發展、商業模式、人力資源等方面進行研究,並由產品供應、技術特點、消費者體驗、社會環境等觀點探討無人自動化新零售生態系的發展及市場布局。本個案研究主要訪談個案公司負責人以及多位資深高階主管,藉由不同面向,如:營運、人才、技術、產品、服務及零售趨勢去探討公司轉型後的價值以及無人自動化新零售的未來市場性。無人自動化新零售是創新的商業模式,它應用人工智能、物聯網、機器視覺等,實現了創新的購物經驗,並帶來更高的效益及顧客體驗。面對新冠疫情對零售產業所帶來的衝擊與改變,及少子化形成人力短缺、氣候變遷導致缺糧危機等問題,讓人們不得不關注和生活息息相關的零售市場之脈動與趨勢。
This paper mainly discusses the transformation and development process of the communication industry and the future of cross-domain investment in the new retail industry of unmanned automation. Conduct research from the trend of unmanned automation new retail, technology development, business model, human resources, etc., and discuss the development and market layout of the unmanned automation new retail ecosystem from the perspectives of product supply, technical characteristics, consumer experience, and social environment.This case study mainly interviews the person in charge of the case company and several senior executives to explore the value of the company after transformation and the future marketability of unmanned automated new retail through different aspects, such as: operation, talent, technology, business and retail trends.Unmanned automated new retail is an innovative business model that uses artificial intelligence, the Internet of Things, machine vision, etc. to achieve an innovative shopping experience and bring higher efficiency and customer experience.Faced with the impact and changes brought about by the COVID-19 pandemic on the retail industry, as well as problems such as manpower shortage caused by declining birth rate and food shortage crisis caused by climate change, people have to pay attention to the pulse and trend of the retail market, which is closely related to life.
