Abstract

技術型高中實務專業教師面臨實施12年國民基本教育、新課綱修訂及少子女化之內在教育政策與外在社會氛圍質變與衝擊。爰此,本研究旨在基於當前的教育環境與現況,探討技術型高中機械科教師專業成長需求內涵,以落實提升教師專業知能,以適應職場的變革之需求。 本研究採用問卷調查法,調查工具為自編的「技術型高中機械科教師專業成長需求之調查問卷」,研究對象為全國公私立技術型高中機械科正式教師,共寄出問卷660份,回收518份,回收率78%,有效份數為496份,有效回收率96%。所得資料經SPSS17.0 Windows 10電腦分析處理,獲得結果如下: 一、技術型高中機械科教師的專業成長,整體和各構面都呈現高度的需求。其中以「人際關係與溝通知能」的需求最高,其次依序是「班級經營知能」與「教學專業知能」。 二、技術型高中機械科教師的專業成長需求不因背景變項不同而需求上有顯著性的差異。凸顯當前第一線的技術型高中機械科教師對專業成長之殷切和重視,不因背景之差異而有所不同。 三、教師專業成長需求各構面相關分析,呈現正相關之增益效果。「教學專業知能」需求程度越高,則其「職業輔導知能」需求越高;「班級經營知能」需求程度越高,則其「職業輔導知能」需求越高;「領域專業知能」需求程度越高,則其「創新發展與研究知能」需求越高。 關鍵詞:技術型高中機械科教師、專業成長需求、技術型高中新課綱
Now, the practical and professional teacher of technical high school is faced with the qualitative change and impact in internal education policy and external social atmosphere, such as the implementation of 12-year national basic education, revision of new course outline and low birth rate. Therefore, according to the current educational environment and condition, this research aims to discuss the needs of professional growth connotation of the teacher of machinery department of technical high school, so as to improve teacher’s professional practices and adapt to the demand for workplace change. This research adopted the self-compiled questionnaire and surveyed the fulltime teachers from the machinery department of the public and private technical high schools. Totally 660 questionnaires were distributed, where 518 questionnaires were retrieved, with the recovery rate of 78%; 496 valid ones were retrieved, with the valid recovery rate of 96%. All the data obtained were analyzed by means of SPSS17.0 for Windows 10. The research results are shown as below: 1.The teacher of machinery department of technical high school has presented the high demand for professional growth in whole or in each aspect. Among them, the demand for “interpersonal relationship and communication practices” is the highest, followed by “class management practices” and “teaching professional practices”. 2.The teacher of machinery department of technical high school has no significant difference in professional growth requirements due to different background variables. The teacher of machinery department of the technical high school has the same eagerness and attention for professional growth practices in spite of the different backgrounds. 3.The correlation analysis for teacher’s professional growth requirement in each aspect shows the positively correlated gaining effect. That as, when the requirement for “teaching professional practices” is higher, the requirement for “vocational guidance practices” is higher; when the requirement for “class management practices” is higher, the requirement for “vocational guidance practices”; when the requirement for “domain professional practices” is higher, the requirement for “innovative development and research practices” is higher.
