台灣地區高職學校教學資源整合問題之研究

dc.description.abstract | 本研究之目的旨在探究台灣地區高職學校教學資源整合之問題,以提升高職學校轉型過程中之資源運用效率與提昇高職未來的競爭力。研究過程透過文獻探討,從高職學校轉型的問題、效率提升、課程整合、支援及策略等面向,分析教學資源的內涵及理論基礎,經由專家諮詢,將所得到的相關資料分析彙整後,最後藉由問卷調查法,研提高職學校教學資源整合策略之建立。 為達上述目的,首先經由文獻探討,瞭解高職學校教學資源的內涵及整合策略相關理論,進而自編「建立高職學校教學資源整合策略之研究」調查問卷,對台灣地區高職學校進行抽樣調查,共寄出1250份,回收問卷1013份,得到有效樣本970份,回收率為81.04﹪。 本研究調查所得資料經次數分配與百分比、平均數、標準差、t考驗與單因子變異數等統計分析後,得到下列結論: 一、全體填答者對教學資源現況的看法,認為高職學校的教學資源整合是未來的趨勢;高職學校的教學資源非常需要整合;這二個項目有較高之共同看法。 二、全體填答者對教學資源問題的看法,認為高職學校在轉型過程中教學資源的整合很重要這項上;有較高之共同看法。 三、不同性別的教職員,在高職學校教學資源的現況與問題的看法上有顯著差異。 四、公、私立學校的教職員,在高職學校教學資源的現況、問題與整合策略上有顯著差異。 五、不同年齡的教職員,在高職學校教學資源的問題與整合策略上有顯著差異。 六、不同學歷的教職員,在高職學校教學資源的現況上有顯著差異。 七、不同服務年資的教職員,在高職學校教學資源的現況上有顯著差異。 八、校園文化建立方面之整合策略,全體填答者對「建立學校願景」、「建立學校共同學習文化」、「建立資源的價值觀」、「營造學校和諧氣氛」及「鼓勵地區性的產學合作」等五個項目上,有較高之共同看法。 九、行政系統運作方面之整合策略,全體填答者對「提高行政服務品質」、「建立協同合作的教師團隊」、「落實行政資訊電腦化」、「建立教學資源交流平台」及「充足的經費」等五個項目上,有較高之共同看法。 十、功能政策配合方面之整合策略,全體填答者對「建立專責的教學資源中心」、「設立足夠的專業教室」及「建立學校教學資源知識庫」等三個項目上,有較高之共同看法。 | zh_TW |
dc.description.abstract | The study aims to process a problems that can integrate the teaching resources in vocational high schools in Taiwan so as to increase the efficiency of using teaching resources and to upgrade the school's competitiveness during the process of transformation. The study employs the following approaches for the establishment of the strategy: literature review on related data, analysis of the collected data, in-depth interviews with professional experts and questionnaire investigation about the issue. Through literature review, theories on transformation of vocational high schools, improvement of teaching efficiency, and the course integration are discussed. The purpose of the questionnaire investigation is to understand teachers' opinions about the integration of teaching resources in vocational high school and to analyze the factors that possibly affect the practice of integrating teaching resources. The subjects that are asked to fill out this self-designed questionnaire are randomly chosen and they are all qualified teachers in public or private vocational high schools in Taiwan. In this research, 1250 questionnaires are delivered and among the 1013 copies of questionnaires that are sent back, 970 are effective ones, making the valid response rate as high as 81.04 %. These questionnaires are analyzed through frequency distribution, percentage, mean, standard deviation, T-test, and One-Way ANOVA. The main conclusions are as follows: 1.All respondents share the same opinions on the two issues that the integration of teaching resources in vocational high schools is the future trend and that integrating the teaching resources in vocational high schools is a necessity. 2.All respondents share the same opinions on the issue that integration of teaching resources is important to vocational high schools during the process of transformation. 3.Different sexes have obviously different opinions on the issue and the problems of teaching resources currently practiced in vocational high school. 4.Public schools and private schools take obviously different attitude toward the issue, the problems, and the integration strategy of teaching resources currently practiced in vocational high school. 5.Teaching staffs of different ages have obviously different opinions on the problems and the integration strategy of teaching resources currently practiced in vocational high school. 6.Teaching staffs of various academic achievements have obviously different opinions on the issue of the use of teaching resources currently practiced in vocational high school. 7.Teaching staffs with various service years have obviously different opinions on the issue of the use of teaching resources currently practiced in vocational high school. 8.All respondents have the same opinions that the five aspects of the integration strategy of constructing school culture are important: building school vision, promoting learning culture in school, building correct sense of value on resources, building harmonious atmosphere in school, and enhancing localized industry and university cooperation. 9.All respondents have the same opinions that the five aspects of the operation system of school administration are important: improving the service quality of the administration, constructing the teaching team of cooperation/collaboration, executing the computerization of administrative information, building the platform for teaching resources exchanging, and having enough funds to carry out the plans. 10.All respondents have the same opinions that the three aspects of executing the integration plans are important: building specialty teaching-resource centers, establishing enough professional classrooms, and constructing knowledge-based system of teaching resources. | en_US |
