Abstract

近年來隨著經濟的發展,人們對於居住空間的裝修需求逐漸提高,也漸漸地從美觀、舒適提升到健康訴求,而如何達到減少環境危害且健康的居住環境,則需透過綠色裝修來達成。 本研究針對室內裝修過程提出綠色裝修評估指標,透過文獻蒐集與分析、專家訪談、問卷施測以擬訂綠色裝修評估指標,並透過案例分析了解本指標在執行層面上可採取哪些方式達成。本研究以綠色設計之範疇中提及的生命週期設計(Life Cycle Design)為基礎發展出室內裝修循環系統,以五階段「規劃」、「運輸」、「使用」、「回收」、「再生」作為探討綠色裝修評估指標構面,研究發現項目中相對重要指標如下: 壹、「規劃」:建立業主環保意識、節約裝修材料、避免過度設計、選擇適切施工方式、使用低溢散性材料、裝設節能照明。 貳、「運輸」:避免廢棄物飛散、選擇合法回收場。 參、「使用」:提高傢俱及設備耐用度、增加物品使用頻率。 肆、「回收」:選用可分解材料、避免污染物擴散、妥善處理有害物質、回收廢棄材料、回收剩餘材料。 伍、「再生」:再應用舊材料、再製現有傢俱、再利用原設備。 本研究結果將作為日後綠色裝修之參考依據。
With economic development in recent years for the renovation of interior design needs a gradual increase gradually from a beautiful, comfortable and elevated to the health aspirations, and how to achieve becoming less environmental damage and healthy living environment, we need to process through the green decoration to achieve. This research use three methodologies including: Surveyed literatures,Expert interview, and Fuzzy Delphi, to develop Evaluation Indicator of Green Decoration, and through a case studies to understand the implementation level can be taken in reaching. Based on the design of this study mentioned in the scope of Life Cycle Design to develop the Decoration Life Cycle Design: "plan "," transport "," recycling ", and" regeneration "as to explore the green decoration aspects of the evaluation index, the researchers found important indicator in the assessment project is as follows: 1. Planning: Environmental Consciousness, Saving decoration materials, to avoid over-design, select appropriate construction methods, the use of low-dissipating materials, and installation of energy-efficient lighting. 2. Transportation: to avoid dispersal of waste, choose a legitimate wasteplex. 3. Reuse: Improve the durability of furniture and equipment, Increase items frequency of use. 4. Recycling: Selection of biodegradable materials, Control spread of pollutants, Appropriate to handle hazardous materials, Consider materials with recycled content, recycling of surplus materials. 5. Renewable: Reuse of existing materials, Consider reusing clean existing furniture, Reuse of existing household appliance. These results of this study will serve as a reference for future green decoration.
