dc.description.abstract本研究分析當前我國技術學院在發展與經營上之實際狀況,探討其校務發展的潛在問題和因應策略。本研究採用質性研究法,針對抽樣選取的24所技術學院,經過一年的實地觀察與校務資料分析,並且經由師生的談以及資深學者的座談會討論,力求完整而深入的瞭解。本研究發現當前技術學院在實施多年教育評鑑之後,校務發展普遍大幅改善,尤其是校園建設、教學設備與師資素質等,產業合作與技術研發亦是其重要的成就與特色。本研究針對技術學院之永續發展,提出數項建我,包括整體性校務發展規劃、教師職能進修、教學與研發之整合策略等。zh_tw
dc.description.abstractThis study investigates the contemporary development and management of Taiwan's higher institutes of technology. Qualitative research methods and document analysis were employed in order to further understand these issues. Twenty-four institutes of technology were sampled. The results indicated that, due to a series of educational evaluations conducted by the Ministry of Education, the majority of institutes have obviously improved their quality with regard to campus facilities and faculty proficiency. These institutes were also seen to have made great progress in their collaboration with industries for the propose of better practical research. This study proposed several suggestions for long-term development policies, faculty development, and strategies for integrating instruction research and development.en_US
