dc.description.abstract	Triton X-100 和人血清蛋白素結合之史凱爾德圖形為線性，這代表各結合鍵位是完全相同的而且互相獨立的。從實驗數據計算，結合常數為7.2×103M-1，總共有6個結合鍵位，因結合而產生的吉普斯自由能變化為-5.1仟卡/摩耳。至於Triton X-100 和羊血清蛋白素結合之史凱爾德圖形為非線性，這代表各結合鍵位間為正的相關結合。這種正相關結合只限於υ＜3的條件下成立，一旦υ＞3，則史凱爾德圖形亦為線性。利用電腦依廣泛階梯式平衡模式對數據作最小二次方式歸化，可估出最前頭的四個結合常數。	zh_tw
