dc.description.abstractTriton X-100 和人血清蛋白素結合之史凱爾德圖形為線性,這代表各結合鍵位是完全相同的而且互相獨立的。從實驗數據計算,結合常數為7.2×103M-1,總共有6個結合鍵位,因結合而產生的吉普斯自由能變化為-5.1仟卡/摩耳。至於Triton X-100 和羊血清蛋白素結合之史凱爾德圖形為非線性,這代表各結合鍵位間為正的相關結合。這種正相關結合只限於υ<3的條件下成立,一旦υ>3,則史凱爾德圖形亦為線性。利用電腦依廣泛階梯式平衡模式對數據作最小二次方式歸化,可估出最前頭的四個結合常數。zh_tw
