台北市高中職學生網路使用行為、人際關係與網路成癮之相關研究

Abstract
本研究旨在探討台北市高中職生個人背景變項、網路使用情況、人際關係與網路成癮之相關研究。本研究採取問卷調查方式,問卷參考陳淑惠網路成癮問卷、陳嬿竹真實人際互動量表及相關文獻集結而成。於2014年3月隨機抽樣抽取五所高中、一所高職每年級各一班作為研究樣本,共有677位學生參與,回收617份有效問卷,有效回收率為91.1%,經統計分析後,茲將本研究所得結論歸納如下:
一、 網路成癮總分平均為52.36分。網路成癮高危險群佔33.4%,網路成癮疑似個案佔16.5%。網路成癮問題嚴重排名依序為「網路成癮耐受性」、「網路成癮戒斷作用」、「強迫性上網行為」、「人際健康問題」、「時間管理問題」。
二、 研究對象平均每週網路使用時數為35.71小時,以智慧型手機上網居多,網路使用地點以自己家中為主,網路使用動機依序為「無聊、打發時間」、「玩線上遊戲」、「聊天交友」。
三、 性別與網路使用時數、人際關係、網路成癮達顯著差異,男生高於女生。學校類別與網路使用時數、人際健康問題達顯著差異,高中高於高職。學校成就表現與網路成癮達顯著差異,學校成就表現越差者網路成癮越嚴重。
四、 研究對象個人背景因素、網路使用行為、人際關係對網路成癮之預測力達顯著水準,解釋量為16.4%。
The purpose of this study was to examine the interrelationship among the background factors, internet use, interpersonal relationship and Internet addiction of Senior high school and Vocational high school students in Taipei City. Six high schools were selected through random sampling, including one vocational high school, and with the same method, students in one class in each grade in each high school were asked to answer questions related to the study. Questionnaires encompassed the Basic Data and Internet Using Behavior Questionnaire, Interpersonal Scale, Chinese Internet Addiction Scale-Revised (CIAS-R) and so on. As a result, 677 students participated in filling the questionnaire in March, 2014, and 617 valid questionnaires were recruited and the rate of return was 91.1%. The result of the study was summarized as below: 1. Average score for Internet addiction was 52.36 points, in which 33.4 percent was considered high-risk. Internet addiction of suspected cases accounted for 16.5%. Problems of internet addiction were listed below by its severity: “Tolerance of Internet Addiction”, “Withdrawal from Internet Addiction”, “Compulsive Internet Use”, “Interpersonal and Health-Related Problems of Internet Addiction”, “Time Management Problems”. 2. Average time spam for Internet use was 35.71 hours per week, mostly on smart phones and mostly during their time at home. In addition, subjects’ motives for the frequent use of Internet were reported as “bored,” “ to pass time,” “play games,” “chat with friends.” 3. Gender factor appeared to be statistically significant for the time of Internet use, Interpersonal relationships, Internet addiction, especially in boys. Different types of high school appeared statistically significant for and time of Internet use and Health-Related problems of Internet Addiction, especially in Senior high school. Furthermore, school performance achievementsreached significant differences, in which schools with poorer school performance achievements suffered more seriously from Internet Addiction problems. 4. Personal background factors, Internet use behavior and interpersonal relationship were significant factors that accounted for 16.4% of Internet Addiction problem
