整合包裝概念之產品設計與創作

dc.description.abstract | 消費者購買產品後拆封包裝材料,尤其是工業包裝材料,隨即丟棄,造成包裝廢棄物的產生。而包裝材料具有良好的緩衝性、防震係數、再回收性等等特性,選擇適當材質,適切的運用在產品設計,將包裝概念結合於產品設計中,在可能之發展方向上賦予包裝有方利用的價值,應用包裝結構整合產品與包裝一體的設計。現今大企業嚴格要求對於包裝材質的選用,多選擇環保紙製相關材質以呼應企業的綠色形象。本研究探討包裝概念的特性,延伸至產品設計中,並考慮規劃產品的運輸性,減少丟棄外包裝的汙染,達到合乎永續發展的概念。 本研究藉由探索工業設計、包裝設計與永續理念的設計相關理論,分析工業設計的整合歷程之趨勢、包裝設計材質特性、包裝結構形式、綠色設計之於永續設計的差別與包裝設計的永續性,建構出整合包裝概念於產品設計之方式,供相關設計人員未來創作整合包裝概念的永續性產品設計之參考。目前台灣對綠色與永續設計研究論點,多論述材質轉化的設計應用、或單以綠色設計論點切入,因此,本研究以整合包裝概念之產品創新機會點與永續理念做深入探索,透過理論文獻資料與相關案例之蒐集,採文獻資料探討法(Literature Review)與個案研究法(Case Study)進行分析歸納、彙整與討論。 本研究結果發現,符合整合包裝概念創作產品設計的概念計有:(1)包裝與產品材料適量即可;(2)選用適當材質作為設計材料;(3)包裝即產品,節省包裝成本浪費;(4)運用包裝設計的幾何結構;(5)消費後的包裝材料轉化為產品;(6)經過永續設計思考可延長產品生命週期;(7)產品要激發使用者心理層面的永續意識。由案例分析中釐出產品與包裝結合概念之類型有(1)包裝轉化為產品;(2)利用包裝設計概念衍生的產品;(3)包裝是產品的一部分;(4)包裝即產品、產品即包裝等四大類型。 本研究藉由整合包裝概念之產品設計與創作相關探討,以歸納之結論應用於整合的資訊化時代之設計中,將設計導向更深層內涵,促進設計的多元融合。 | zh_TW |
dc.description.abstract | When consumers unpacks purchased products and discards the packaging, it produces packaging waste, especially industrial packaging material. To give value to the development direction of using well-packaging in the future, and to use packaging structure that integrates product and packaging as a design, a packaging material must consist good cushioning, anti-shock factor, recyclability, etc., and the selection of appropriate material and the proper usage in product design, combining the concept of packaging design with the products. The enterprises have strict demands for selecting the packaging material nowadays; they select green material to match the enterprises’ eco-friendly image. The main goal of this research is to probe into the characteristics of packaging design, extending to product design, and to consider the transportation of products, so as to reduce the pollution of discarded packaging, and to meet the concept of sustainability development. In this study, the industrial design, the packaging design, and the sustainable design concepts related theories are used to analyze the trend of the integration process of industrial design, the characteristics of packaging design material, the packaging structure, and the difference of green design in the sustainability design and the sustainable packaging design. The construction of integrated packaging design to the ways of product design is to provide related designers a reference of sustainable product design for the future creation of integrated packaging concept. Current studies on green and sustainable design theory in Taiwan are mostly based on material transformation design applications, or single-point argument in green design, therefore, this research will focus on the integration of the packaging concept of product innovation opportunities and deeply explore the concept of sustainability. Using literature review and case study as research method, the theoretical literature data and relevant cases data collected will be analyzed, sorted, and discussed. The result shows that there are seven concepts that matches the packaging concept of creative product design: (1) the enough amount of packaging and product material; (2) select appropriate design material; (3) product packaging, to reduce the waste of packaging costs; (4) using the geometry design in packaging design, (5) transforming post-purchase packaging material into product; (6) extension of product life cycle through sustainability design; (7) products to stimulate the awareness of sustainability in user’s mind. There are also four types of concepts obtained from the concept of combining of product and packaging design in the case studies (1) transforming packaging to products; (2) use products that are derived from the concept of packaging design; (3) packaging is a part of the product; (4) the packaging is the product, the product is the packaging. In this study, with the integration of product design and packaging concept, the conclusions are applied to design of the integrated information era, to promote the design oriented concept to deeper meaning and integrated diversity. | en_US |
