dc.description.abstract	創造力的評量是創造力實踐的關鍵技術。本文認為無論從理論或實務面來看，以擴散性思考能力測驗評量創造力並不可行。從分析當代理論的主張及目前工具使用的限制，本文主張為了創造力評量能夠涵蓋更完整的範疇，採取複合式多元評量的途徑，朝整合型創造力評量之發展。	zh_tw
