Abstract

大學校園無障礙設施的設置維持與使用,為提升身障生於行動上降低障礙的重要因素。本研究旨在探討分析國立臺灣師範大學,對於無障礙設施使用之滿意度情形。本論文採文獻回顧、實地觀測、個案分析、調查、專家訪談等研究方法,深入瞭解及蒐集國立臺灣師範大學相關的無障礙設施現況。 使用實地觀測法,就國立臺灣師範大學所有系館、大樓之無障礙空間、等十五處設施為主要探討內容。其中包含無障礙廁所、無障礙電梯、室外無障礙通路、室內無障礙通路、無障礙標誌、無障礙坡道之使用狀況,並採用次數分配與百分比等分析方法加以分析。實地觀測法做為無障礙設施使用評估標準,主要研究發現與結論: 一、國立臺灣師範大學校園無障礙設施的設置情形趨於滿意的。 二、國立臺灣師範大學校園的無障礙設施使用狀況始趨於持續改善。 三、國立臺灣師範大學校園的無障礙設施使用與學生適應趨於滿意的。 四、對於國立臺灣師範大學校園之無障礙設施使用標準,在部份設施使用需要加以改善,並且需考量每位殘障學生使用。 依據以上研究結論,本研究對於國立臺灣師範大學校園無障礙設施之使用與評估項目,對於校園機構單位、學校、學生、後續研究提供相關之建議。
The use and maintenance of barrier free facility In National Taiwan Normal University is important to develop movement of physically challenged individual. This research refers in reviewing and analyzes the National Taiwan Normal University of satisfactory report regarding the non-barrier facility use. This present paper is using various research methods including literature review, on site survey, individual analysis, investigation, interview with the specialists, to understand and collect materials of National Taiwan Normal University in connection with non-barrier facility, satisfaction report on the use of non-barrier facility service for physically challenged individual. For on site survey research, materials taken from 15 sites of National Taiwan Normal University, including barrier free toilet, barrier free lift, barrier free outdoor walking path, indoor walking path, barrier free sign board and use of barrier free slope way, to analyze times of usage in proportion and percentage as the method of in depth analysis. Using on site survey as a standard of evaluation for barrier free facility. Main research and findings can be concluded as below. 1 The implementation of National Taiwan Normal University campus for non- barrier facility is satisfactory. 2.The standard and use of non- barrier facility in the NTNU campus is less satisfactory but is acceptable. 3. The students and NTNU are satisfied with the non- barrier facility 4. Based on the utilization standard of non-barrier facility in NTNU campus, some of the facilities need to be improved, individual needs for physical challenged students have to consider respectively. Based on above studies and conclusion for NTNU in connection with non barrier facility utilization and evaluation, this research provides related suggestions to related school authorities and students for further research.
