Abstract
本研究旨在探討我國國中生的友誼關係,並試著對友誼發展做普遍性的討論和差異性的討論,期望能從中分析出影響青少年友誼關係的特性及趨勢。
為達上述目的,本研究採取質性研究方法,選取一個國中裡兩個不同特性的班級作為研究對象,進行為期一年的參與觀察和訪談。主要的研究發現如下:
一、交朋友成為青少年來學校的主要吸引力之一,友誼發展也關係著青少年文化和青少年身心健康
二、青少年前期是友誼發展的重要階段,影響青少年友誼的因素複雜且多樣
三、不同性別在友誼關係的認知、發展、互動和穩定性上有著明顯的差異表現
四、青少年友誼受家庭背景區隔不大,但青少女較容易因社經背景差異出現比較的心理,青少男則較不受家庭背景影響
五、青少年友誼組成沒有學業成就上的區隔,但成績佳者有較高的同儕地位,成績較差者則友誼的選擇性較少
六、不同導師的帶班風格會產生不同的班級氣氛,進階會形塑出不同風格的青少年友誼關係
This study aims at describing the adolescent friendship in which junior high school students. And also tries to understand the general and difference discussion about the friendship development, expect analysis the trends and influence of adolescent friendship. This research mainly utilizes qualitative methodology to collect required materials, including classroom observation, interviews and document analysis. Based on the collected data and data analysis, major findings are as follow: 1. Make friends would become the major attraction when the adolescent came to school, friendship development also related to adolescent’s culture and physical health. 2. Early adolescence is the most important stage of friendship development, and the cause of adolescent friendship is complicated and variety. 3. The cognition, development, interaction and stability on friendship would differ according to the genders. 4. The factor of social class is not the absolute reason that leads to adolescent friendship, but the female students are more likely to affect by social class. 5. It does not have the achievement distinctions between adolescents, but if students get better grades that can have more choices in their own friendship. 6. Different teacher’s leading style would produce different class atmosphere, and related to adolescent friendship.
