Abstract

身心障礙者需求評估工作人員工作倦怠與學習需求之研究 中文摘要 本研究旨在探討身心障礙者需求評估工作人員工作倦怠與學習需求之關係,藉由問卷調查彙整資料並分析,採用2016年10月份在職之身心障礙者需求評估工作人員及督導為研究樣本,運用普查的方式自各縣市政府社會局(處)身心障礙福利科取得研究樣本,共取得162份有效樣本進行研究分析。研究採量化統計分析方法,運用IBM SPSS Statistics 21.0版套裝軟體進行分析,所得量化資料採取描述性統計、獨立樣本t考驗、單因子變異數分析以及皮爾遜積差相關分析進行統計分析。 研究結果如下: 一、本研究的需求評估工作人員以女性,未婚者,21-40 歲,大學,從事需求評估 服務年資3-5年,非主管,無社會工作師證照居多。 二、需求評估工作人員在工作倦怠程度屬於中上,於情緒耗竭上工作倦怠程度較高。 三、需求評估工作人員在學習需求程度屬非常需要,於專業工作知能及個人適應與 發展有較高的學習需求。 四、需求評估工作人員在工作倦怠方面,有無「社會工作師證照」有顯著差異。 五、需求評估工作人員在學習需求方面,「性別」、「婚姻」有顯著差異。 六、需求評估工作人員工作倦怠與學習需求相關。 根據上述研究結果,本研究分別對需求評估工作人員、需求評估中心、主管機關及未來研究提出建議,以供參考。 關鍵詞:工作倦怠、學習需求、身心障礙者需求評估工作人員
The Burnout and Learning Needs of Staff Working for Comprehensive Needs Assessment for People with Disabilities ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to explore the relationship between job burnout and learning needs of the comprehensive Needs Assessment for People with Disabilities and to summarize the data and analyze the questionnaire. The questionnaire is used to evaluate the staff and supervisors of Staffs in the disabilities needs assessment in October 2016. A total of 162 valid samples were obtained from the study of the physical and mental welfare section of the respective municipalities and social bureaus.The data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, independent sample t-test, one-way anova analysis and pearson correlate analyze.The statistical analysis was carried out by using the statistical analysis method of IBM SPSS Statistics 21.0 software. There are several conclusions showed as bellow: 1.In this study, most staff who work in comprehensive needs assessment for disabilities are female, unmarried, 21-40 years old, college graduates, serving in need assessment for 3-5 years, non-manager, and without social worker license. 2.Staff who work in comprehensive needs assessment feel over average in job burnout, whereas they feel much more in emotional way. 3.Staff who work in comprehensive needs assessment have absolute learning in the professional knowledge and personal adaptation and development has a higher learning needs. 4.There is a significant difference in the number of job-seekers in terms of job burnout, whether there is social worker’s license or not. 5.Staff who work in comprehensive needs assessment have quite different in gender and marriage. 6.Staff who work in comprehensive needs assessment are found to have job burnout and learning needs related. According to above conclusions, the research provides some suggestions and reference for staffs in the comprehensive needs assessment,centers of comprehensive Needs Assessment for People with Disabilities,authorities and future studies.
