台北縣立完全中學內部公共關係現況之研究

dc.description.abstract | 本研究旨在探討台北縣立完全中學內部公共關係現況。為達成研究目的,首先透過文獻之整理與分析,建立研究的整體架構,其次,根據文件分析結果,編製「完全中學內部公共關係現況問卷」。此問卷`經因素分析及項目分析後具有良好的信度與效度。本研究所採用之問卷調查係以台北縣13所學校及2266位為母群體。共抽取8所學校,480位教師作為施測對象。問卷結束後經統計共回收470份,回收率為97.9%,其中有8份為無效卷,有效卷共計462份,依據問卷調查所得資料,以SPSS11.0套裝軟體進行資料處理。 本研究採用的統計分析方法包括:次數分配(frequency)、百分比(percentages)、平均數(means)、標準差(standard deviation)、平均數差異考驗(t-test)、單因子變異數分析(One-way ANOVA)、雪費事後比較法(Schaffer’s posterior comparisons)、卡方考驗(Chi-square test)等,最後根據統計資料,參考有關文獻做為結論與建議。經分析結果,獲致下列之結論: 一、台北縣完全中學內部公共關係整體構面略高於平均值。 二、各構面則以「訊息傳遞程度」最高,其餘依次為「同仁互動程度」、「參與決定程度」、「意見教交流程度」,而以「結果回饋程度」最低。 三、不同「年資」、「學歷」及「任教部別」對學校內部公共關係而言,並無顯著差異。 四、不同「性別」、「婚姻」、「年齡」及「職務性質」對學校內部公共關係而言,有顯著差異。 根據文件分析、研究發現及結論,研究者對教育行政機關、學校及後續研究者分別提出一些建議,以供改進及後續研究參考。 | zh_TW |
dc.description.abstract | This thesis was to investigate the degree on the internal public relation present condition in all-through secondary school of Taipei county. In pursuit of the purpose of this study, firstly, the researcher analyze the literature by way of desk research to build the framework of this study, and next, according to the results of the literature study, develop“ The questionnaire of surveying the degree on the internal public relation in all-through secondary schools of Taipei county.”The result of this questionnaire is very reliable and effective due to it being through the factor analysis and item analysis. The research method employed in this study was the survey method with a questionnaire. In Taipei County, there were 2266 teachers in 13 all-through secondary schools. A sample of 480 teachers was stratified random sampling from 8 schools. The actual questionnaires returned are 470 copies but with only 462 are effective after screening. An 97.9% of return rate was achieved. The statistical methods implemented hereinafter include Frequency, Percentages, means, standard deviation, one-way ANOVA, Schaffer’s ,posterior comparisons, t-test, Pearson's product-moment correlation, Chi-square test etc. were applied to data analysis and research hypothesis testing. After the date was analglyzed,the main findings can be concluded as follows:As a whole, on the internal public relation in all-through secondary school was a litter bit above the average level. According to the findings and conclusions of the research, some suggestions as references were made for educational administrative organs and schools, and further studies respectively. | en_US |
