臺北市童軍服務員參與動機及持續參與童軍活動之研究

Abstract
本研究旨在探究臺北市童軍服務員參與動機及持續參與童軍活動之現況,比較不同背景變項所產生的差異,並分析參與動機及持續參與之相關性及預測情形。研究者依據研究目的與問題蒐集國內外與本研究相關的文獻與問卷,進行問卷的專家審核、預試,以確立正式問卷。本研究採調查研究法,以完成110年度童軍服務員三項登記之年滿20歲的無給職臺北市童軍團服務員為母群體,以叢集與便利取樣的方式分層抽樣,於2022年5月進行預試,同年7月中旬至8月底進行正式施測。本研究發出500份問卷,回收492份,有效問卷共計489份。以描述性統計、單因子變異數、t考驗、皮爾森積差相關及迴歸分析等方法,透過統計軟體SPSS for Window 23.0進行資料分析,過程謹遵研究倫理原則,以維護研究倫理,主要結論如下: (一)不同「年齡」、「教育程度」、「服務年資」、「學生時代參與童軍情形」及「親友參與童軍服務情形」在部分參與動機達顯著差異。(二)不同「性別」、「年齡」、「服務年資」、「是否有小孩在童軍團內」、「學生時代參與童軍情形」及「親友參與童軍服務情形」在部分持續參與達顯著差異。(三)臺北市童軍服務員之參與動機及持續參與有顯著正相關。(四)臺北市童軍服務員的整體參與動機,能顯著預測其未來的持續參與。最後根據研究結論,對童軍相關組織及後續研究方向提出建議,冀望本研究之結果,有助於童軍運動的永續發展。
The purpose of this study is to explore the current situating of participation motivation and continuous participation in scouting activities in Taipei City; to compare the differences produced by different background variables, and to analyze the correlation between prediction situation of participating motivation and continuous participation. Based on the research purpose and questions, the researchers collected domestic and foreign literature and questionnaires related to this study. Experts review the questionnaire and pre-test, before establishing a formal questionnaire. This study adopts survey method, the population is the volunteers of Taipei City scout service who has completed the three registrations in year of 2021 and has reached the age of 20. Sampling was stratified by means of cluster and convenience sampling, pre-test in May 2022. Formal testing was carried out from mid-July to the end of August of the same year. In this study. Among 500 questionnaires were sent out. 492 copies were recovered. There are a total of 489 valid questionnaires. Using descriptive statistics, one-way variance, t test, Pearson product difference correlation and regression analysis. Through statistical software SPSS of Window 23.0 for data analysis, the process follows the principles of research ethics. The main conclusions are as follows: (1) There were significant differences in participatory motivation for different"age", "education level", "years of service", "Participating in scouting when I was a student" and "Friends and relatives involved in scouting". (2) There was a significant difference in the fraction of sustained engagement different "gender" , "age" , "years of service" , "Are there any children in the scout regiment" , "Participating in Scouting when I was a student" and "Friends and relatives involved in scouting". (3) There is a significant positive correlation between participation motivation and continuous participation of scouts in Taipei City. (4) The overall participation motivation of scout attendants in Taipei City, significantly predicts its continued participation in the future. Finally, according to the research conclusion, suggestions on scout-related organizations and follow-up research directions are presented. It is hoped that the results of this study, contribute to the sustainable development of the Scouting movement.
