dc.description.abstract本研究旨在探討博物館高齡志工參與志願服務及其活躍老化之關係,由於受訪者是擁有豐富人生歷練的長者,因此,本研究採用質性研究設計,並以研究者參考眾多文獻所編製之訪談大綱,深度訪談六位臺北市立美術館之高齡志工,以探討博物館高齡志工參與志願服務之動機 、現況與成長歷程及其活躍老化之關係。 研究者將資料轉譯為逐字稿,再進行分析與整理,並將研究發現與相關文獻進行綜合性討 論。本研究結論如下: 一、博物館高齡志工參與志願服務之動機是多重而非單一的。 二、高齡者在成為博物館志工之前,通常已是博物館的忠實觀眾。 三、博物館高齡志工參與志願服務的歷程為高齡者帶來成就感。 四、博物館高齡志工在身體健康方面良好以上且有運動的習慣。 五、博物館高齡志工在心理方面呈現樂觀、開朗、正向積極的態度。 六、博物館高齡志工在家庭及社交方面具有良好的互動關係。 七、博物館高齡志工具有積極的終身學習習慣及良好的生活適應能力。 根據上述研究結果,本研究分別向高齡志工、志工運用機構及未來研究提出建議,以供參考。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractAbstract The purpose of this study is to investigate the connection between voluntary services and active aging with elderly museum volunteers. A qualitative research approach is opted with interviewees composed of elderlies with prolific experiences in life, with the interview agenda designed by the researcher referencing several related literatures. Seeking to examine the motives behind their participations in voluntary services at the museum, their current statuses, processes of development, and connections with active aging, six elderly volunteers from the Taipei Fine Arts Museum were interviewed for this study. Verbatim transcriptions of the interviews were created by the researcher for further analyses and organization. A compound analysis was then conducted for the research findings with other related literatures, resulting in the following conclusion: 1.There are multiple not just one motives behind elderly museum volunteers’ participations in voluntary services. 2.Prior to becoming volunteers of the museum, most of these elderlies were already loyal patrons of the museum. 3.A sense of accomplishment is achieved when these elderlies participate in museum voluntary services. 4.These elderly museum volunteers are physically healthy and exercise on a regular basis. 5.These elderly museum volunteers are psychologically optimistic, open, and hold a positive, assertive attitude. 6.These elderly museum volunteers have good interactive relationships at home and also socially. 7.These elderly museum volunteers have the habit of assertively learning throughout their lives and have good adaptability in life. According to the aforementioned research result, recommendations are proposed in this study as references for elderly volunteers, organizations working with volunteers, and future studies.en_US
