dc.description.abstract隨著醫療技術進步,愛滋病逐漸慢性病化,感染者所關心的議題逐漸轉為權益相關,但因疾病之特殊性,大部分感染者注重其隱私性因而大多使用網際網路進行資訊取得。因此本研究目的為瞭解現今國內愛滋病相關網站所提供的愛滋病相關資訊是否滿足愛滋病友需求,並透過社會支持觀點分析愛滋匿名留言版之留言與回覆,探討留言版中的需求與提供之資訊是否相符。本研究以露德協會線上匿名留言版為研究對象,蒐集總留言數為1036則,總回應篇數則為1204則,逐篇編碼其內容並以社會支持觀點分析,最後進行結論並提出後續研究建議。 根據研究結果,得到相關結論:(一)線上匿名留言版有其存在之必要;(二)感染者的需求逐漸轉為爭取權益,非感染者則須舒緩焦慮;(三)匿名狀況下感染者對於身分不多加隱瞞;(四)提問留言內容多以資訊性支持為主要需求;(五)回覆留言內容以資訊性支持為主,與需求相符。 最後,本研究依照分析結果進行後續建議:(一)傳統網站與社群網站相互搭配,資訊整合後加速傳播;(二)網站及留言版新增功能;(三)針對感染者提供權益及醫療照護相關資訊;(四)對於非感染者留言除了審核,也可針對其焦慮與恐慌做對策;(五)對於各民間組織間的脈絡關係做分析;(六)針對國內外之愛滋民間團體功能與服務對象做比較;(七)針對曾使用過線上匿名留言版之使用者進行問卷調查。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractWith the progress of medical innovation, AIDS gradually becomes a chronic disease. The infected people are now more concerned about the patient rights. However, with the special nature of AIDS, the infected people prefer to search for information through Internet to protect their privacy. Therefore, this research exploring online anonymous Q&A service of AIDS from the social support perspective. The purpose of this study is to find out whether the AIDS information provided by the websites in Taiwan satisfy the needs of the patients and to discover whether the needs of patients match and the information provided from the comments on websites. This study aimed to provide insights and understanding into HIV-infected patient’s information needs for social support. This study takes the anonymous message board on the Taiwan Lourdes Association as the research object. The total number of messages collected is 1036 and the total number of response collected is 1204. The content is analyzed from the perspective of social support. Finally, a conclusion is made and suggestions for further study are put forward. In conclusion, this study found that: (1) The online anonymous Q&A service is necessary. (2) The needs of those HIV-infected patient have gradually shifted to striving for their own rights, and non-infected people need to relieve their emotion of anxiety. (3) HIV-infected patients are more willing to disclose their identity in anonymous situations. (4) The questions are mostly seeking for informational support. (5) The content of the replies are mainly informational support, which in line with the demand. According to these results, some suggestions are made: (1) The traditional website and the social website collocate with each other, making information dissemination accelerating and more effective. (2) Improve the function of websites and message boards. (3) Provide information on patient rights and medical care. (4) Help non-infected people to relieve their emotion of anxiety. (5) To make analysis of the relationship among non-governmental organizations. (6) To compare the functions and services provided by AIDS-related non-governmental organizations domestically and internationally. (7) To conduct surveys on users who have used online anonymous Q&A service.en_US
