dc.description.abstract本研究旨在研擬技職學校遠端圖控系統實習教材大綱,並依據該教材大綱編寫單元教材及設計圖控模組化實習設備。為達成研究目的,本研究首先藉文獻探討工業教育的教學設計、教材發展、教材編輯原理、教材選擇與組織及遠端資料擷取與控制之概念與內涵,進而以台灣地區技職學校(含科技大學、技術學院、專科)電機系(科)及電子系(科)專業教師進行問卷調查,問卷資料使用次數分配、百分比、平均數等統計方法進行分析,再依資料分析結果,研擬遠端圖控系統實習之教材大綱,再依教材大綱編寫單元教材,最後利用單元教材設計圖控模組化實習設備。 根據本研究所得,適用於技職學校電機電子群遠端圖控系統實習教材單元主題應包含下列五項: 1. 串列通訊原理 2. 圖控軟體的使用 3. 模組化控制器的選用 4. GeniDAQ與模組化控制器搭配 5. 建構完整遠端圖形監控系統 本研究根據實習教材單元所需而設計了實習設備,包含圖控軟體、模組化控制器、感測器、I/O界面與電源電路等項目。 在實習單元部分所需模組包含下列項目: 1. 隔離式RS-232至RS-485轉換器模組。 2. 繼電器輸出模組。 3. 數位輸入/輸出模組。 4. 類比輸入模組。 5. 8051萬用實習板。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractThis study aims to propose an outline of the teaching materials of remote graphic monitor control systems (R.G.M.C.S.) for technical vocational schools. Based on the outline, teaching materials in units and designed experiment equipments of graphical control and modules were developed. In order to achieve the purpose of this study, through literature review, the researcher discuss the teaching design of industrial education, the development of teaching materials, the principles of compilation for teaching materials, the selection and organization of teaching materials, and the concept and content of remote data monitor and control. Questionnaires were sent to teachers of the departments of electronic engineering and electrical engineering at vocational schools, including technology colleges and universities. The data were analyzed through frequency distribution, percentiles, and average. Based on the data analytical results, the researcher then proposed the outline of teaching materials of RGMCS and compiled teaching materials in units. Finally, experiment equipment for graphical control modules according to the teaching units were designed. According to the results of this study, the content taught at technical vocational schools, especially at the departments of electronic engineering and electrical engineering, should include the following topics: 1. The principle of serial communication 2. The application of graphical control software 3. The selection of module controller 4. The matching between GeniDAQ and module controller 5. The complete construction of R.G.M.C.S. The practice equipment that was designed based on the teaching units in this study includes graphical control software, module controller, sensor, I/O interface, and power circuit. The modules needed in the practice units include the following items: 1. Isolated RS-232 to RS-485 Converters 2. Digital I/O Module 3. Analog Input Module 4. Relay Output Module 5. 8051 Multi-Function-Moduleen_US
