學校職員健康生活型態及其相關因素之研究 -以桃園市公立國民小學為例

Abstract

本研究旨在探討桃園市公立國民小學職員健康生活型態的現況,進一步分析社會人口學特質、健康生活型態和自覺健康狀態、健康概念的相互影響情形。 以一百零四學年度桃園巿公立187所國民小學編制內職員為研究對象,採橫斷式調查法,利用自填式問卷資料蒐集,發出520份問卷,回收448份問卷,有效問卷為432份,有效回收率為83.07%。本研究之結果歸納如下: 一、 研究對象健康生活型態以「飲食營養」得分最高,其他依序為「人際支持」、「自我實現」、「壓力調適」、「健康責任」;得分最低為「運動休閒」。 二、 研究對象的自覺健康狀態及健康概念與健康生活型態及其各分量(飲食營養、運動休閒、健康責任、自我實現、人際支持及壓力調適),皆呈現顯著之正相關。 三、 研究對象的健康概念和職稱、教育程度及婚姻狀況相關。 四、 研究對象的健康生活型態的預測可以透過職稱、BMI、自覺健康狀態及健康概念進行預測,職稱的得分最高、其次是BMI、自覺健康狀態及健康概念分列第三及第四位。 根據本研究結果建議學校及相關主管機關應從政策面著手,加強學校職員的健康促進以及讓職員在健康概念及健康生活型態上有更正確的認知及作法;學校職員本身則可以透過日常生活的飲食及運動達到健康促進的目的。
This study was designed to investigate the status of Taoyuan City Elementary School staff healthy lifestyle, through demographic characteristics and perceived health status, the impact and the relationship between health concept and healthy lifestyle; and investigate the execution of a healthy lifestyle and consciously interact case of health, the concept of health. The research object are taken from 187 Taoyuan City elementary school in 2015 . The research is adopted with proposed questionnaire. The efficiency response rate is 83.07%, thru 520 issued questionnaires. Data analysis is analyzed through SPSS 22.0 statistical software package version of Windows; Analysis method: Descriptive statistics (mean, standard deviation), independent samples t test, one-way analysis of variance ANOVA, Scheffe's post hoc analysis, Pearson product difference method correlation and multiple regression analysis. The major conclustion of this research are as following: 1. The study of healthy living patterns can be predicted, the title with the highest score , followed by BMI, perceived health status and health concepts. 2. The research subjects of perceived health status and the concept of health and healthy living patterns and its components (nutrition, sports and leisure, health, responsibility, self-fulfillment, interpersonal support and pressure adjustment), are presented the significant positive correlation. 3. The socio-demographic characteristics of the study of the titles, BMI, marital status, seniority and work full-time work and healthy living patterns presented significant correlation. 4. The title of research subjects and the concept of health, education level and marital status related. 5. The score of each component of healthy life patterns to nutrition, interpersonal support, followed by self-realization, a pressure adapted, health responsibilities and sports. It suggested that schools and relevant authorities in accordance with the results of this study should proceed with policy aspect, strengthen health promotion and school staff on the concept of health and healthy living patterns have a more correct understanding and practice; school staff themselves can be through daily life diet and exercise to achieve the purpose of health promotion.
